Good service from front desk and good enviroment and breakfast.
Lift service limited due to not much lift available amd need long que. Overall is good.
Spacious and suitable for families, good water pressure, and a big swimming pool.
Early check-in came with an extra charge. I understand it may be the policy, but other hotels I’ve stayed at usually accommodate it without additional fees.
Breakfast good
Could have upgraded my room.. Hotel was empty.. not really value for money.
Location is 5 min drive away from legoland..Breakfast buffet was good, there was a lot of variety.. pool was really good too, our kids enjoyed a lot..

Room was spacious & water dispenser available outside room.
Insufficient staff at breakfast. No staff manning noodle & egg station . Bread not replenish.
The rooms are very good and spacious..the staff is accommodating and tailored food for my kid. The swimming pool facility is near and well maintained.
The room are new, so clean the whole unit, the pillow and bedsheets so spacious
None of them
Location, facilities, room size, breakfast, cleanliness, swimming pool
TVs had a lot of good channels, but very poor picture quality due to poor WiFi service. Faulty TV set that was not repaired for two days and after three requests and reporting.
Good breakfast, brilliant pool, great location, rooms are spacious
TV was broken and channels/picture were of very poor quality. WiFi was very weak and had to use own 4G network.
Nearby to Lego land. But need to walk for 10-15 mins or take Grab car for less than 10 RMB.
minimal Food option in late night
Excellent breakfast, spacious room, location near Legoland and easy to find/check in, staff friendly
Room initially got a mouldy smell but it’s okay once window is opened for a while
the location is fairly near to the place I planned to visit.
The air conditioner in the room kept making loud, continuous banging noises, preventing me from sleeping. I was woken up by the noise at 3 AM the next morning.
Amazing location and amazing property. The only issue was they told us that Restaurant was open till 1030 pm for Ala Carte. We went there at 9:30 pm and were informed that the restaurant is closed and they can only offer us buffet. Half the buffet was already closed and since we had kids and there was no restaurant nearby we had to take the buffet. For 7 people ( 4 adults and 3 kids) we were charged 1000 MYR, even though half the buffet was closed. Nothing against the hotel but I feel the staff played smart.
The room was spacious.
Breakfast was appalling, food was cold even the coffee. TV had no programmes due to weak signal
Quite a good spread and the egg station is popular and good. Location is okay especially if you are driving.
The fridge in the room was spoilt with water leaking into the floor. The living room floor near the windows was also wet as the windows were not closed and rain probably splashes in.
Location is good
Front desk always empty.not sure why all the front desk staff go and hide inside the office room.need to ring bell n wait for them to appear ...
