Zenz Hotel

Staff, parking, comfortable bed, strong shower pump,

no window

No comment, everything is good

Need to pickup iron at counter. Supposedly iron must put at least 2 on each level between room or put at the corner of building. This can avoid from guest that keep the iron inside their room from night until they check out.

hotel is clean and tidy. towels and other amenities are well provided. worth the money

got elevator, middle of the town, easy parking, near ioi mall

pillow soft but its ok only 1 night..

clean n comfortable. location easy find and easy to get parking

room have smoked smell , very loud noice of cleaning in morning plus would be great if have provided toothbrush wit paste.

Good

Since my hotel room was one the first floor facing the main road , it was very disturbing our stay ( noisy sound from vehicles) . Other facilities and cleanliness are good.

The room was clean. Clean towels provided everyday.

Can hear the occupants in the next room snoring

The front desk service and the location is good.

The corridor is carpet and its a bit dusty. Same as the lift as well.

the hotel was so cleaned. The best hotel OYO that I have been stayed. Got the room that can see the view of the city.

Easy to find.. clean..

The tv dont have sound..

large room and clean

1. no cattle for hot water 2. extend stay 1 hour paid RM10 even check in after 10pm (my experience for other hotel can extend 1 hour without pay)

This hotel is unexpectedly good despite the very cheap price.- strategic location just beside the road, opposite of IoI Mall and near AEON. - The road connected to the hotel is good, easy to go JB/Kota Tinggi & etc- Room is surprisingly clean, with clean sheets, clean & big toilet, and quite large for a standard room- Facilities & equipment are new- Around 6plug points in my room, 2 besides the bed, 3 in front of the bed under the TV & 1 near the toilet (like you can charge your devices anywhere)- Requested an iron at the counter, theyll give it to you & you can just leave it in the room after usage (no need to return back to the counter)- There are 2 minerals, coffee & jug prepared in the room for you- Parking is easy in front of the hotel- Friendly and attentive staffs at the counter

- Though the room was very clean, still I think the hotel needs to do the pest control. I had killed 2 roaches in the room on my first day (which is kind of a turn-off since I really dislike roaches)- There is a cuckoo machine prepared at my level but it's not working so you can't make any coffee since there is no water heater in the room

Good

Bathroom drainage clogged up on 2nd day. Water stagnant, cannot flow out.

Staff are well trained, polite & helpful. Value Stay. Strongly recommended.Overall satisfaction.

Comfortable room. Well maintained facilities. Located in town so its near to restaurants, shops and malls. Safe public parking. Hotel has food and drinks for guests to purchase at the lobby. Hotel prepares umbrellas which is good. Has a lot of channels on tv.

A bit noisy because of the shops nearby and sounds from other rooms. Towels didnt smell good. Only 1 mirror provided (in the toilet). Clogged drain caused by hairs so housekeeping service should be concerned about this.

Exceptional in terms of location, price, space, comfy, bed, facilities.

A little bad in sounproofing.

The service

The cleanliness of the roomMake sure ur water dispensor work

Easy to find parking. Got lift. There is a restaurant one row with the hotel.Nice Staff. Helpfull.

Quite noisy at night because really near to quite busy road.

very comfortable and will repeat again here..family room was just nice for the given price...very convenient..even no private parking, the security took care of it..

so far nothing

Fast and stable internet, elevator service available

Traffic surrounding was quite heavy, especially during weekdays. Parking lots in front of hotel were also limited.
