Impiana Hotel Senai

Rooms were decent size, staffs were friendly and helpful, free shuttle service to few malls and the outlet mall.

Didn't like the fact that there was a graveyard opposite of the hotel(which the hotel has nothing to do with).

Breakfast is great and many choice.

Nearby no shopping mall and restaurant not so much. But we go outside by car, so we are ok.

Clean room, clean bedsheets, hot shower, strong water pressure and good housekeeping. Breakfast was great too.

The safety deposit box was in a locked position.

The room was brighlty lit. The toilet was clean and was well equiped with facilities. Basement parking was brightly lit and spacious parking. The lift was convenient to bring our bags to the room. The front desk staff was polite and gave us good room.

Location opposite graveyard. Room service was slow and insufficient drinking water and hot drinks sachets in the room.

Lobby big and nice. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Lift area has a lovely and fresh aroma.

Our room 806 bidet in the bathroom leaks.

The room was excellent and spacious, as I had ordered the Club Premier King Room. Breakfast was good spread. The environment was quite as it was the fasting month.

The highway outside the hotel usually has long traffic during the peak hours when entering the town. However, this is something that the hotel cannot improve on.

The check in and check process were smooth and all staff were friendly

I had squeky bed. Sink drain was very slow. Bedsheet upon arrival was a bit soiled with old stain

1) I think the lobby reception forget to endorse my room key as I couldn't access the room the first time. I need to go down again to lobby reception to get the issue settled.

The rooms were very clean, and the service was amazing. We ordered room service and it was very fast, with affordable prices. Highly recommend their service.

Our room was at the back view, and it was obstructed by construction.

Room was clean, spacious and comfy. Tv had many channels and wifi was very strong and consistent.

Parking can be congested when there is an event. Space in between rows of cars at Parking lot can be a little too tight to manoeuvre

The comfort level of the rooms and the friendliness of the hotel staff.

Limited carpark lots, a little bit inconvenient to get to the hotel location as we came from UTM and had to make a long U-turn to get to the hotel.

The friendly staff, especially the Bellboys, the F&B staff, and the housekeeping team, were all so hospitable.

The fact that there was not enough Manpower during the public holidays when the hotel was busy and the front office team were struggling to handle the many enquiries from hotel guests. The Mangement should not allow the Managers to go on leave altogether and should relook into the rostering and having a duty manager who can make decisions for such peak periods.

We frequently stay at Impiana a few times a year because of its convenient location and friendly staff. However, our experiences have been inconsistent. While we’ve noticed improvements over time, there are always sudden drops in quality that leave us disappointed.During our recent stay, despite arranging a late check-out during check-in, we received multiple calls asking if we were checking out at 12:30 pm. This lack of communication among the staff was frustrating and reflected poorly on their service.Room cleanliness remains a recurring issue, and the dining experience was deeply disappointing. The Christmas Eve dinner buffet featured roasted meats and sauces that had turned cold, making it not worth the price. Breakfast was hardly stocked, with items like nasi lemak not replenished when we arrived at 10 am. Despite voicing our concerns and explaining that it was not worth paying for, no supervisor addressed our feedback, and we were still charged.While the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, the lack of consistency and responsiveness to feedback is disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

I reached out to the reception to inquire about the possibility of an upgrade for my upcoming 3-night stay, but I was left very disappointed. The staff were unable to assist or provide any options, which fell short of the service I expected. It would have been appreciated if they could have shown more effort in accommodating the request or offering alternatives.

- Wifi signal strength was varying, need to be improved - a lot of ants in my room even crawling on my bed. - toilet sink was clogged and slow too slow water drainage. Issue wasn’t resolved even after complaint. - a big cockroach was observed in breakfast hall, waiter came and killed the cockroach. Suspect no proper fumigation for insects.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Food taste amazing

It’s better if they have 24hrs In room dining. All the restaurants are closed by 10.30pm. Difficult to find food.
