No breakfast, it is good that you offer also with breakfast
no coffee in my room
The room was spacious, there was a long mirror, toilet was big and clean
On the first day...the bedsheet and blanket was kinda itchy...but then after informing the reception they changed all and problem solved?
"The staff was great, the rooms were clean and bright, and the room service was always on time".
Location is very good. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel that are within walking distance and there are also ample parking space. Good and cooling air conditioner.
Maybe the hotel could provide 4 pillows instead of only 2 pillows. The bidet was leaking during our stay since we only stayed for 1 day we can't be bothered to complain. There were some renovation going on during our stay thus not able to get a short and peaceful nap.
Nearby eating place
No fridge in the room. No tea or coffee
The room was comfortable, providing ample space to move around. The water pressure in the shower was good. Convenient location - there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
There were no tea or coffee-making facilities provided in the room, which was quite inconvenient. For the price, I would have expected this basic amenity to be included. The deposit of RM100 felt excessive and seemed quite steep compared to other hotels in the same category.
Good location, friendly staff, many food outlets nearby and recommended to stay.
Nil
The location
No toiletries provided, coffee or tea not provided innthe room.
location n decorations pillows n beds softy's
Got lif, ample parking and cleanliness
Power sockets, the room is not sound proof and decoration
big bed as requested (king bed) meets my expectation and request for extra pillow was entertained nicely by the front desk. the front desk greets us with warmth smile which is unexpected consiidering this is just a small outlet.
it could have one small mini fridge inside the room for guests which have certain needs esp meds and other health related support requirements.
Inexpensive and clean. Proximity to food and Pasir Gudang.
Lack of coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Towel rail in the bathroom should be better located rather than over the water closet.
Very poor
False information.. booking.con mentioned hotel has spa but the hotel didn't have any No mini fridge
Friendly staffs, good location and many food outlets nearby

Siaran TV tidak clear terputus-putus dan adakalanya langsung tiada siaran
The location is superb. Lobby area has free flow coffee machine
Room has little to no sound proofing, can here people walk and talk
