Booked a studio exec room for us and a one-bedroom executive room for our 3 grown working kids. Upon check-in at 1530hrs, staff told us 1 room not ready but its ok, we wait in other room as we need to be on the same floor. Both rooms are very spacious, immaculately clean floors and desk, bed set-up is perfect and superb view from the 32nd floor. Amenities are very well set up and linens like bath towels are very fragrant. Breakfast is very good esp on weekend. Wide buffet spread which serves international and asian cuisines. Really worth the money spent for stay and breakfast. Staffs are very warm and tends to our needs well. Surprisingly, there was nothing to comment on for this stay and would give it a PERFECT 10!!...

Although the location is near CIQ/City Square, it’s inconvenient to walk due to construction outside the hotel. You really gotta grab to everywhere, which isn’t the most convenient.

The room is spacious, great amenities, great location and friendly staff from Bell staff and Caprilicious.. great food and ambiance too! Overall, a great stay although a short one. Front desk staff can be more engaging and personalised.

We booked a family room. The bed room and the living room are very spacious. It comes with a fridge, microwave oven, induction stove, and utensils. The room is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay.

Room was clean and spacious but since the hotel was close to the RTS construction in Johor Bahru, there was some noise even at night from the construction site. Location of hotel was excellent since it is 5 min walk to CIQ and City Square Mall,

Got a surprise free upgrade upon arrival! The room was relatively new, very clean and the facilities were excellent. There is a laundry room, gym, steam room and swimming pool. The staff was very helpful too, especially when I asked for help with the laundry coin changing machine.

Getting to the hotel is a bit difficult from CIQ as there was construction for the RTS next to the hotel. It was hard getting to the hotel on foot and via Grab as well (due to traffic jams at the CIQ). Shuttle bus to CIQ and JB Sentral was provide one-way from the hotel but not the other way around. I believe with the completion of the RTS, transport to the hotel would be better.

Very nice staff. Wonderful room. I got upgraded because my room wasn't ready and my little suite was sweet. Really comfortable and clean. Great place overall, internationally high standards.

There's a nice little coffee and pastry shop downstairs however it only opens at 10am. I would have like to get a morning pastry and coffee before work but it opens too late.

The room is so spacious. Hotel facilities are great. Great spread during breakfast too. Just that location wise, the area can be jammed up with vehicles. A short 10min trip became a 45min trip due to the traffic jam. However it's not the hotel fault though. There is a nearby convenient store too. Area is also quiet.

The room aircon was good, the location was just beside Customs. The toilet and living room is spacious.

The mattress was comfy and clean. Nice to sleep in. Room was great with many lights. Aircon was perfect throughout the stay. Tv channels were many to choose from. The reception indian lady attended to me was helpful, informative, friendly and nice during our check in. Lobby is spacious and lots of seats available. Will definitely come back again!!!☺️

The shampoo, shower gel smell wasn't that great and soapy. Shampoo should come with conditioner. Should provide more tissue in the toilet.

The room was nice and spacious, walkable from the checkpoint. The view at night is nice and the breakfast is also pretty decent.

Not the best value and there is nothing much to do in the hotel itself. Close to causeway can you can hear honking at night.
