- it is budget hotel so dont expect to much, but as for me, i can accept almost anything if the staff is kind and considerate which they are ! i checked in very late, tired with children, the.uncle/sir at the.counter was so nice. got 3 single bed, the bed okay, the pillow enough for us, water pressure good, got liquid soap, aircond cold, fan okay, towel enough for us,simple breakfst provided, i just checked in to sleep 1 night so all good
- The location is great, walking distance to Larkin bus terminal. And also the price is cheap comparing with the other hotels. They provide breakfast too but we didn't take the breakfast & we checked out 6.00am without staying cuz of our bus schedule.
Cons -
- the breakfast is.NO for me tho, i dont mind simple breakfast like toast but the jam spread like been use and use and use repeatedly, sorry it is looked 'not safe' to eat, they shud use the one off use jam. but its okay, because they are so nice.i can find food outside.
- The bathroom is attached & there was a bad smell from the toilet.. ?? Cleanliness 2/5, convenient & cheaper only..
- AC was working OK, but not very powerful.

Hotel simple located beside Larkin plaza. Very convinence for food shop etc. Suitable for short stay. Cheap
The location is near to food court and many restaurants nearby.
1. The room has a very tight space to perform my prayer.2. At 9.30 pm, the hotel staff still doing carpentry work in the room and it was very loud. I have to scold them to stop.3. No reserve parkings for guests.
The price... Only that
Room was not clean... Had cobwebs... Ants and cockroach were seen visibly... Strands of hair on the sheet and toilet... Despite me being politely honest to them, they did not make any efforts to rectify it.... The price was cheap and I need a place to bunk but would recommend it...
