1 Million Hotel

Reception staff is very helpful. Last min I would like to book in 1 more room next night. She is very polite and told me to wait a while and she will settle for me while she needs to finish up another customer documentation. Very strategic location away from noisy sounds. Easy to walk to shops to walk around.

location is good, walking distance to eatery and fashion shops in mount Austin area.

Soundproof is really bad. Basically cannot sleep tight over the night, as the door banging sound is from everywhere. clearly can hear chit chat sound when people pass by the room.

All was good except for one thing.Price. Staff. Helpful and fast. Location. Cleanliness. Bed was comfortable.The name 1 Million brings good luck. :)

the noise from the road outside was too much on sat night. The windows could not seal off the noise. I was woken up many times from loud car engine sounds.they should really think about putting on double layer window to block off the noise from outside.if I choose the room that faces the other side, I will be looking at a back lane, garbage dump area. Not ideal.so yes everything was good but the lack of noise reduction is a big bummer.

Near to subway very convenient Only setback the met no lift do need to carry luggage thru stairs My advise take mrt 1/2 way then take grab to hotel

Staff was polite and tried their best to help. We requested for extra pillows due to my neck issue but unfortunately they were only able to provide 1 extra only due to policy. Room was good enough for an overnight stay, with 2 bedside tables and not too small.

We just wanted an overnight stay and didn't expect much. But little did we know that the sound insulation of the room is so bad. Our room was 105 and it was located in the middle of the corridor and we could hear people talking when they pass by. The room's window faced the road and OMG, we could hear every car pass by as if we're standing by the road. Whenever we were about to fall asleep, a car drove by and woke us up. Needless to say, we did NOT sleep well at all. For the price, we really didn't expect much, just wanted a place that is quiet to sleep and it didn't fulfill our basic expectation.

Rooms are small. Budget hotel at 4 star hotel rates.

Everything was good w the facilities, staff were excellent and premises were v clean and proper.

Main issue was the walls were abit thin, soundproofing is an issue. Can hear rowdy guests late at night/early morning.Wall tiles in toilet were cracked and no partition between shower and toilet area, but not really an issue.

Love the location right in middle of Austin. Pub next door n lots of eatery ktv etc. Lots of paid parking just outside hotel. Toiletry, linen provided

Will be bonus if comes with good view. But it's only a night so it's not a big issue

Overall evertthing is good. All essentials are provided adequately.

One main issue which is really a turn off is the wifi signal. It keeps cutting us off and we have to re-login repeatredly. There was a period of time we have to keep login in every few minutes. We had a short stay so we didn't really make a big fuss over it.

Good location & convienence to walk around and alot restaurant and shops

location good as hotel was surrounding by many different choices of food variety. it is convenient to get food and drink.room are clean tidy and comfortable pillow and bed. good service being provided by hotel stuff.

hotel room soundproofing was not good. can hear clearly and loudly about other room guest going for bathroom. due to the hotel location was near by main road, outside transport travelling noises are quite disturbing at night. especially those mat rempit motorcycle noises.

Staff so friendly, room so nice. Location near to my MIL house. Easy way to go to any place I want. Always be my 1st choice to stay.

Convenient for food

Staff service not helpful. Hotel area is very noisy even past midnight. Difficult to get a good rest. Overpriced for such hotel.

Bed and WiFi are acceptable

Ground floor is a deserted ground. Reception is on 1st floor. There are 2 lifts but 1 is not working most of the time.Poor reception. Receptionist knowing you are there but you have to say 'excuse me' to get moving. However, the different shift seems a little better when I checked out.Room was at its minimal. No basic like the expected bedroom slipper, hand towel, cotton buds. Wall paint cracked and peeled. No wake up call, no phone, no clock alarm. Toilet bath is on one common level without water barrier nor shower curtain, expect wetness and slippery floor. Run down feeling.

No partition to shower area. Get wet all the place. Would be good to have a partition to avoid wetting all over the place. But at least, it is clean and not mouldy.

The soundproof is really very bad. Can hear noises and door opening and closing from the neighboring rooms very clearly. Can hear conversation from the people walking along the corridor and from other room also. Traffic noise from the window-facing road is very loud too. Could not sleep well at night.The room and toilet are fairly clean. With the price, won't complain too much, but the noise is really unbearable.
