Facilities and Breakfast

Bfast was reasonably good. The room was comforatble and i must appreciate Ms. Norain and the manager at the time of check in was a peasant experience. They were friendly and accommodative to our request. Thank you for upgrading our rooms.

I think what the property doesn't have is proper security from LG1. It may pose security issues to guests.

The location is perfect which is near the Legoland. The pool was clean and shady. The room is completed with any supported household facilities to make foods or wash some clothes.

I dont know about the gym facilities if it exists or not.

Our staff handling provide good unit as well

Gym not maintain very well. Air cond prpblem. I can see garbage not remove, not sanitize and peridiocally wipe the equiptment.

Great location and close to DC Handal EV charging hub making it convenient to recharge my car even though the hotel does not have it's own EV charging bays. Medini mall is just next door and there's also a 7-eleven downstairs

Room was big. Unit felt old but clean and decent. Staff very friendly and quick with requests. Perfect for Legoland visit (and much cheaper vs in-park hotel, and it is an easy 5-minute walk away only). Valuer for money. Kitchen OK. Pool was big, nice, and relaxing. Many food options nearby (+ large supermarket too).

Nothing. Not modern or new but as expected and exactly what we needed so no complaints.

The location is very near to Legoland and Medini Mall. All walking distance. The unit given to us is perfect as it is very peaceful. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Will stay again at our next visit.

The only set back I have is tha

Cold shower, extremely slow internet. Informed the front desk but not solved

Walking distance to Legoland, nice pool, friendly staff.

Housekeeping was poor, rooms were not clean, kitchen utensils were not in good condition, other than Legoland, not much to do in the area.

It’s very clean & very close to Legoland. We walked to legoland daily during our stay here. It’s one of the fully completed building in that area. Most of other buildings are halved done / abandoned.

We super love the location. It’s accessible to legoland, Mall of Medini, 7/11 and supermarket. Also, it’s opposite to hospital.

We don’t like the breakfast much. We came from Thailand and plain rice is always satisfying. But unfortunately no plain rice available.

Spacious place.. clean.. and comfortable?

One off bathroom hot water cannot used

Since I was visiting my mum in Glenagles Medini, it was very convenient to cross the road to the hospital

The lifts had a strong sewage smell ? there was no cafe inside the hotel. So, we had to go out for our meals

Rooms are clean and near Mall

The breakfast is really disappointing, not much variety and cold food

Overall good stay. Nice view from the hotel room - facing Legoland. Spacious room, clean room. Super friendly staff who helped to sort out my booking as well. Near to Legoland. It would be great if the is dustbin in the living room, so far only one dustbin at washroom. Quilt looked aged which makes it feel “dirty”. Might be the time to renew the quilts:)

Very convenient location. Just walkable to Legoland. The staff was extremely helpful too. Had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

Exceptionally friendly staff, good rooms and view.

Spacious, quiet, good location at Medini, close to Legoland

A bit dated, need more maintenance. Limited food options

Clean room. Very friendly staffs, exceptional service. I asked for extra blanket n pillow at 1am, n they delivered it in less than 10mins. Delicious buffet breakfast with a decent spread. 5mins walk to Legoland. Will come again.

Carpark was very narrow and dimly lit.

We always stay here when we go to JB. We will miss it

Security guard at parking takes their time to let us out of parking
