Fraser Place Puteri Harbour

Location is good, staffs are friendly, room facilities are awesome.

Price is a bit on thd higher side

The hotel cleaned but need to improve as I see the standard of 4 stars not 5 stars.. The location is good for people who plans to go for LEGO land. Also the location is good for people who wants to skip and stay away from traffic jam of cars and people .. it is located in a harbor where you get nice view..

Not near of all attractions and city.. plus my son broke the 1 glass accidentally and when I informed them, I got charged for that glass. To pay it’s not an issue however the price of the glass it’s not worth !!

Everything is provided. My 3bedroom even have washer and dryer. Breakfast is good. Location is good. 8min to legoland. There also hard rock cafe downstairs. The room is well sound proofed. No noise from downstairs. Recomended to family going to legoland

All good

Clean and safe hotel in JB. Beautiful view on the higher floors. Good selection of breakfast menu. Friendly and helpful staff.I visit the hotel yearly, and it never disappoints. Room service is also prompt.

Nothing disappointing so far.I wished they had room service for us to dine 24/7 in the rooms.Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Everything, from front desk service to cleanliness.

Only down side is the location, but not at the fault of Hotel. So travelers need to expect some driving outside the area for more F&B choices or Attractions.

the breakfast had always been what the kids look forward too, gym and pool is nice with a good view of the surrounding. the surrounding are a around the hotel is consider good with nice restaurant and supermarket and not forgetting the nice lake for a jog in the morning. I feel the service is awesome, friendly and attentive.

Cleanliness, go check room 1607 under the sofa. its filthy. the toilet stink, very foul smell every morning. Nosie from motorbikes at night, the glass window is not soundproof.

Comfortable. One of the nicest service apartment I have been. Wide spread of buffet breakfast. My go to place whenever I want to stay in JB

Very modern and clean. Lots of room. Friendly staff and good facilities

- Rooms were big (2 separate rooms with a living room and kitchen), great for a family or friends. - Cleanliness was good - Some restaurants/bars right below the hotel- Pool seemed nice (did not use)

- A little far from main areas, but thus comparatively quiet

Good layout of the room, all in good working order ,reasonable price and Hard Rock Cafe below

We liked the hotel room and total ambiance and view..food also was good. Hotel Staffs were incredibly helpful and well behaved including housekeepers ..

First time stay in Iskandar Puteri. Quite far from town but nit a problem for me cause I am here for work and it’s happened in the hotel itself. Staff are friendly, check-in and check-out smooth. Room is very clean. Bed is super comfortable. Toilet clean. Amenities in the room are very good.

Dishwasher soap is mix with water. Too liquid. Hard to wash the kitchen utensils after use.

Breakfast was good.

Parking is very difficult with big cars - very tight and easy to scratch the car. Late at night motorcycles running around and disturbing the peace.

The room was nice. The room cleaner was super nice and helpful. Shukur the hotel manager was helpful.

The room service guy who delivered our food. He is quite rude.. didn't like his arrogant attitude. We told him that charge to our room but he with his high tone NO..NO...Money..Money. That's when I came in and he kept quite but acted arrogant.

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour! The location was ideal, especially since we planned to visit Legoland with our children — it was just a short drive away. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy for us to prepare light meals and heat up food for the kids.Another big plus was the proximity to a grocer and several coffee spots, making it very convenient to grab essentials or enjoy a quick coffee break. We also loved the large, spacious bathroom — it really added to the comfort of the stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We would definitely return for future trips.

Our only small feedback would be that the swimming pool area could use a little sprucing up. That said, the view from the pool was beautiful and relaxing.

the room deco and facilities are very good

gym under maintenance, no aircon, flies at breakfast dining area especially the bread station

location

food not the best and guest services phone lines(seems to engaged or not working/not pucking up most of the time)

The room and the hotel is very clean and the staffs are very competent. I have stayed at Fraser Place few times and am a regular. it is always a great place to stay for work or to just unwind and relax.

Really bad tasting food. the Prawn Tempura was very very oily. and the Nasi Goreng tasted really really bad. I did not expect such bad tasting food from Fraser Place. I regularly stay at the hotel. this is the first time I had food over there through room service and it was bad.

Our 2nd time here. Back again because of the nice room, great location and view. Lots of nice eateries nearby and it's a short drive from 2nd link. Cheaper than staycation in Singapore surely. Malaysia boleh!

i like everything about the hotel. - clean n comfortable rooms. - the bed is super nice. - staff always smile n helpful. - ample of parking.- chill n relax 3D2N getaway. - apartment concept make us feel like home. - check out w clean laundry is the best feeling!
