The toilet is not clean.

The room was next to highway thus whole night unable to sleep due to the noise from the highway!

The guy staff very friendly, helpful and fast response. My repeat stay at the hotel. Will come back to stay at the hotel.

Cannot contact the staff. And jo response from staff. Try too dailing the number but still cannot keep in touch. Really sad.

Cannot contact even dailing form from the 1st email until moning the number that given in email , apps and goggle. Same number are given. No response. Feel really bad about this services.

Disappointing

Electric kittle spoil. Leaking pipe. Hairdryer spoil. The customer service is bad when u ask at WhatsApp they will not respond unyil u ask again. Will never come back to stay at this hotel again.

Price was nice. Near to Midvalley Mall.

quite hard to find restaurant for breakfast and lunch by walking distance.

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Fitted for family of 4. The beds were super comfy. We slept so well. Staffs were kind and helpful. No food eateries at this area. It's ok for those who drives.

The provided water bottle and coffee was helpful.

TV doesn't work properly. Room smell wasn't pleasant.

the staff was nice to call us to inform that their place was fully booked and it was not blocked by booking .com...so i dont blame the hotel..but booking .com should be aware of this..

Noisy at mid night

I stay here sometimes for my work trip, i think the location is great and there are lots of parking available. Price wise quite cheap and quiet at night

I was booked the booking through online but when we walk in the staff told us we didn’t receive any payment from booking so we pay cash and conversation all the time are not comfortable and rude .

The room is clean and they arranged 2 rooms close to each other for us

- The hotel is next to the highway and they arranged 2 rooms facing the highway for us. The noise is terrible in the evening because cars are racing by. Pls avoid rooms with windows facing the road at all cost. - My hubby’s room bed is slanted. All the rooms has no soundproofing so you can hear people talk and watch TV, slamming doors.- We stayed at the hotel and paid in cash but they marked our booking cancelled. They also asked us to send payment via bank transfer while they mention accepting visa/mastercard on Booking.com- The hotel is about 10mins drive to The Mall Southkey but there’s nothing much you can do at walking distance.
