Very clean and enough amenities. Breakfast was good

With the construction works going on, wasn’t easy finding the entrance. Basement car park too small

Just that i forgot to check for room with bath tub, mine dont have one. For 1k+ for 2 nights, i was hoping for a bath tub.

Family suite was spacious and clean that allows lounge assess. customer service staff with great smiles.

There is no bathtub in a suite.

As usual, service, cleanliness, attentiveness of staff, spread during breakfast - amazing! Love it and will definitely be back!

Friendly and courteous staff. As usual the welcome cookie was delicious, we were waiting for that. The facilities are great. We went to the sauna area, not much people. Had fun sauna-ing with my kids then wash off the sweats at the jacuzzi. Easy to get private hire drivers to drive us around for food and shopping. Breakfast was excellent. Wide spread of food from western to asian cuisines. Fruits juices also available.

Check in was a bit delayed. The jacuzzi was not working well that time we went. The water was not warm enough and the water jet not working. Maybe can have regular check by maintenance.but other than that, nothing much to feedback. Keep up the good work.

Not bad but too expensive for the price. Pool could be nicer, no umbrellas provided for shade. Breakfast, drinks by the pool and Italian restaurant overpriced.

Super clean and the staff was wonderful. Everybody from the check-in to the restaurant was just super wonderful and helpful. My wife has celiac so cannot eat any gluten, and chef Faris spent 15 minutes with her showing her all of the food that was OK for her to eat. Lots of different cuisines in the restaurant to please just about any palate. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Construction nearby makes it difficult n dangerous to walk to city square mall. Shld provide shuttle

The Staff were really warm n friendly with very helpful suggestions. The extra pillow offering is an added feature my family likes.

My family would have enjoyed the breakfast more, if there were more lactose free options for the milk like Almond milk or Soy milk. Thank You

I like the first surprise with a cookies, what's more, it was warm. Pleasant surprise. I don't eat cookies but I did. Jun, Hakim and the Concierge boy Ivant were all very good at the service.Jun, the front desk made it a point to make the customer happy. He made sure I had a good birthday celebration.The Careline Agent did a very good job. It is like my personal assistant, I got all that I wanted from.asking the Careline Agent. Not sure it was prompted by AI, if so you have trained the agent well. Keep up the service standard, we need more of such excellent service in Malaysia.

Welcome cookie! My kid love it, is warm and crispy. Front desk and bellmen were really attentive to our needs, we were greeted with nice smiles. The room is clean and smell fresh.

Unlucky to have some TV channels not working out. We found a used in-room slipper under the bed (my kid's toy dropped so he found it).

I always come back to this hotel, but this time I experienced a bit of discomfort with the room. It has a uncomfortable smell that I got my asthma.

Amazing dinner and breakfast, very comfortable beds, polite and friendly staff, good location (about 10 minutes by Grab to CIQ), clean rooms, good soft towels. Well equipped gym and big pool, nice bars.

Water from the shower was all over the floor in the bathroom, even if you close the shower door tight.
