There were ants on the backboard of the bed and on both my wife's and my spectacles.
Family room was spacious, facilities was somewhat ok. we had 2 bathrooms and 2 queen beds, its was actually 2 rooms joined together. Location was ideal with lofs of food options around this hotel.
No windows for family room. felt little cluster phobic. Bathroom fittings need to be improved but wasn't broken --> getting there. Staff need to be more welcoming and smiling.

Super comfortable bed and soft, Even though room is small but it's the nicest place we have stayed for a good price of around 90-110. The location is not too far from Jb.

The tower and room are smelly, water heater is not functioning well, water isn't warm at all. The toilet ventilation need to be improved as well.
always clean, (not my first time here), the floor aquarium with water feature as a centre piece is very eye-catching. Good warm shower and water pressure.
Towels were a little smelly, the water dispenser at level 2 was out of order, and the floor aquarium glass needs some polishing from all the scratches from high heels / trolley luggages.
We take family room, cleanliness is awful. Desk is sticky, i need to clean it by using tissue. Dust on the corner everywhere. Phone also hv dust. Another bedroom is smelly. Level 1 room hv 2 cockroach in a room. Water heater is not hot enough, my kids get cold.
Location is good. Walkway and interior Design is good. But no maintenance.
