Easy to navigate around to enjoy the facilities. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and huge!! My kids enjoyed the waterpark just about 8 minute walk from the hotel..

Distance from city center is too far.. not sure if there was any shop open after midnight

The public washroom near the reception smelled due to someone smoking inside, and a cigarette butt was found there. I hope this issue will be addressed

Spacious room and bathroom. Have a good gym and swimming pool. The selection of breakfast is huge until we have a hard time choosing what to eat.

The forest city is undoubtedly a ghost city. You need to go outside forest city to nearby locations such as Gelang Patah if you need to have access to a shopping mall or restaurants.

I like the whole facilities especially kids pool and waterpark. Easy access. Tranquil environment.

Dinner food was late prepared. Waited for 20 mikutes before staff manage to topup them.

Room spacious, survice was great.

Buffet start 630-9, arrive at 730pm and most of the foods finish. Did not top up and i can see most of the people was no happy, who came later than me. With the charge at $78 and with this type of standard is not excepted. But breakfast was better than dinner by the way.

Not enough!

The worst thing: the buffet at dinner was cold. I pointed this out to the staff on the first evening, but nothing changed on the second evening. Although the buffet was checked by two members of staff, their assessment seemed to be different to mine - the food remained cold and was not reheated.The seat covers of the chairs in the dining area were mostly very dirty. I wonder how you can offer something like this to your guests - simply unbelievable.It felt as if there was a building site directly above my room where people were constantly drilling. Yet there were very few guests in the hotel. Do you have to assign the few guests to rooms near the building site? This could have been planned differently if we had wanted to or been able to. But neither seems to be the case here!In the bathroom, many items were rotten, including the actually unnecessary compartments for toothbrushes, which are made of wood or a similar material.I had assumed that this was a modern hotel - but far from it. At breakfast, the room numbers were ticked off manually on a piece of paper. Ever heard of digital solutions like iPads? At the end, I was asked for a rating, which of course I gave - with a pen on a piece of paper. This has nothing to do with progress.

The breakfast is a bit under value and the furniture is not well maintained.

The C&M staff gave me direction , initially me he stated that due to full house there is no available table for us to dine in so he said able to eat in lobby table but after that due to event , he does not allows us to dine in lobby table which cause us having bad experience for breakfast

food are lousy. buffet breakfast not worth to buy with the price RM 58 taste are verry poor.when I oder for ala carte in the evening..to make nasi goreng & k.teow its takes about 45 minutes.service are verry bad.chef need to check the food quality..i dont think the nasi lemak with green colour& nasi tomato are up to the standart to serve to guesst.the rice are hard & not even cooked well to served.

I guess the only thing I liked was the view from room. (Sea View)

EVERYTHING except the above! The food there was gross I had diarrhea for 5 days after my stay there. The whole building look haunted and the swimming pool area I don't even think they ever clean it. The bath tub in room was useless ? water didn't stay up. The rubber was spoilt idk. The worst thing is the FOOD. I TOTALLY REGRETED SEEING THE PICTURE AND BOOKING THIS PLACE. THE CHEFS AT THIS RESTAURANT PLEASE BE ASHAME OF URSELF!!!

The room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is abit old and not upgraded. Nothing much to do there and the breakfast was not well-spread. Feels like in the 90s.

Many. No telephone line inside the room to call room service or front desk. Floor is sticky. The forest is not well taken care. I saw the foreign workers must have plant tapioca trees facing the beach.

Very helpful staff and i love the view so much.

Quite far from the city and hard to find restaurant to dine in since we dont want to have dinner at the hotel.
