Waited for an hr still unable to get my room . Been told that Aircon issue and troubleshooting is on going. Requested to change to other room. But informed all the room / whole building is had a problem with it . Very disappointed and request for refund end up. That was already passed 10pm.

Bad service. Receptionist just keep asking to wait. Never updated us the issue. Not just my room been affected. All the others room having a same issue.

Nothing good. I pay nearly rm400 with rm150’s hotel quality. It’s not worth of money. Aircond not funtion well, clogged bathroom, dirty room slimy bathroom, bedroom still got garbage (cotton buds, plastic straws, dust). Not recommended and will not consider to stay here in future. I checked in around 9pm, and checked out around 1130pm the same day because the room too hot and too dirty.

Room clean, eventhough the wall seems old. A/C also functioning well. The toilet bowl looks a bit old also but still okay. Other than that easy to park thats good.

1- water heater not working , informed , said its fixed but still no hot water2- room got cockroaches

Breakfast was excellant, a lot of variaties, Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable clean and very satisfying. Keep up the the standard.

The environment is very comfortable, but it's a little too quiet. It would be nice if there was some background music on each floor — it would make the atmosphere feel less eerie, haha! Other than that, everything else is great.

It was a bit less convenient as the hotel didn’t provide lunch or dinner. It would be great if those were available, so guests wouldn’t have to go out to find food. However, the breakfast provided was excellent—very delicious and enjoyable!

Value for money and friendly staff. Provided the food for sahur for the ramadan month.

Albeit cleaning the room continuously had ants. Pillow cases and towels need replacement as they are closer to turning yellowish

The staffs were very courteous and responsive to our requests. Unlike what I saw from the recent reviews of others, it was a nice experience. The room was spacious and clean. Look slightly different from the photos but most probably was due to wear and tear.Breakfast was not as bad as what I heard from reviews. Don't expect a whole spread of varieties from the price u at paying at RM15 per person. Good enough for a light and simple breakfast.Most definitely will go back to this hotel if I needed a place to stay at that area again.

Telephone line in the room was down and have to go down to reception to get extra pillow. Plus point.. the pillows arrived before we are able to go back up after a short smoke.

Family suit below rm300? That's a good deal! The room is spacious, clean, AC working well, high water pressure, and friendly staff. Lots of restaurant/fastfood chain nearby

Far from JB town if you plan to go to the mall but close to Legoland

Free and ample parking, clean. Good breakfast.

Two pillows for couple not enough.

the room is spacious and comfortable, the front desk staff is very friendly. the breakfast menu is satisfying and delicious.

problem with room number 1603, one air conditioner unit in the room is not cool, the door of the room is too tight to open and close..there are live ants in the hot water kettle.

Since the hotel was nearly full, breakfast time was terrifying. I went down to the cafe at 7.30 am, all food was finished and took sometime to be refilled. Kichent staff should be allerted al the time.

We were impressed by the delicious breakfast spread esp the "ayam masak merah" & fried mee hoon.Million thanx to the staff (young lady) at the reception counter who allowed us to check in early.The bed was comfortable & they even entertained our request for two extra pillows - without extra charges.

The breakfast is ok. The room needs to improve such as where the TV picture is bad or the window knob has come off.

The window knob has come off and I could view the inside of the wiring etc. from the ceiling which was not covered by ceiling lid.

very close to Singapore's autopass collection centre. hotel staffs are polite & helpful.

The room is quite soundproof and very comfortable. I can heal myself and have a good rest and me time after returning from my work. I stayed there for 4d3n and the room was also being cleaned everyday by the housekeeping and received clean towels when I returned from my work. The room size is also quite acceptable not too small where there still some spaces for me to perform prayers. Breakfast was also good.

Nothing. Just one of the head lamp didn't work. But it didn't matter. It still can light up the room and feel cozy to accompany my sleep.

Location is okay. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.

Room has musty smell. Need to air out. My kids has sensitive skin, so they get a lot of itchiness and red bumps sleeping on the bed. May need some deep cleaning on the mattress, sofa and carpet
