Location is good if visit Sutera mall. Got a small steady and unique lift. Room spacious.
The location is great. Next to our favourite eat 5pm Lala Pot, & of course Sutera Mall just mins away. There are a couple of pubs & KTVs for the late nighters.
Our family room came with no windows, no fridge. Room smelt extremely musty & mildewy as you entered, though it gradually cleared up after turning on the air-conditioning for 30mins.
Location was good. Room was comfortable.
After i booked on booking.com for SGD71 per night, I found out price on Agoda was SGD56 per night. I felt cheated. Hope Booking.com can give me a refund of the difference.

Muslim eateries seem none. The convenient store is quite far. The lift is rather small.

Poor Shower facilities due to plumbing problems. When the tap is at cold water position, the water follow is good, but as you turn the tap towards hot, the water flow reduces to almost nothing.The shower gel is quite unless and too little. Advise to bring your own shower gel.Need some hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes.I didn't know I was booking a room without windows!

Lights broken, toilet dripping, shower dripping, one light right above the bed turned on by itself in the middle of the night, the nonchalant concierge said will send housekeeping in the morning (while continue to play game on phone).it's comical.Most rooms I've been to in this hotel have broken lights, they have not been fixed for years.
I had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—close to everything I needed, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The location was convenient, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and there was nothing we didn't like during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
The room is spacious and there's big bath tub, my kids like it.
The aircond not strong enough for the room. Luckily we brought our own fan. Then only can survive the night lol.

Horrible service. Staff threw away my personal stuff and checked me out, removed all my things after day 1 even though I booked the hotel for 2 nights. Horrible service. I'm so disappointed.
