Room was very small and no swimming pool

Its the in house laundry that makes its easy for family traveller like us to wash our clothes anytime.

A typical 3-star hotel: clean family room, but disappointing breakfast.

The breakfast items don’t appear fresh.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The Breakfast was average. Nothing great. taste was also average.

Nice hotel overall. Breakfast buffet was very good but go early otherwise you will have to tolerate CROWDZ! (Peak Christmas season)

AC did not work. I had to change my room. Location outside Hotel had no mall or food court in walkable distance.

Pillow too soft.Toilet too small, no where to hang towel and clothings.

It was hard to find anything consumable other than egg and egg omlet.

Almost no facilty, gym not usable very small and crowded, no yoga room and pool.And price is too much just for spending the night.

Sharing toilet in a 2-room suite, need to wait as there are 4 pax. Will be good if there were sausages and chicken ham with few more bread varieties.

The breakfast and the staff at the Great Room! Dayuni is so attentive and kind.

The walk towards City Square is a bit hard. Less side walks and dark at night.

I didn’t like everything food, facilities, location, etc. everything literally isn’t good at all as described. I was looking for 4star hotel but they gave me a small room which is not suitable for even kids. Its just poor apartment or home stay. Its more like homestay. The parking also is nonsense. They took advantage of booking they supposed not have the hotel rating for suites. I will never go there again, I advise anyone not to go there. Thanks

Staffs are friendly and room is good.

Food can be improve. The sofa in living room is not stable, shaking.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had variety of food. Location is close to the Singapore border. The hotel provided us a shuttle van service to go to City center/ shopping mall. We really enjoyed to stay in this hotel.

We liked everything in this hotel.

The room was clean and the utilities great.Bookings for Grab taxi were convenient and was picked up without delay.It is near to the city and there was a great local food in Bindu diagonally opposite the hotel.

The stay was pleasant save for some minor concerns due to chaotic noises caused by some tourists from a certain country.Perhaps an online check in and then picking up the room keys would be good.
