the room and its modern, interior design

the balcony could have been better. plus, it's dusty and unclean when I stayed there. the water pressure in the bathroom too leaves much to be desired. water pressure isn't up to expectations. finally, during breakfast, the variety of food served weren't exactly impressive to say the least. Amari needs to benchmark itself against the best in the industry if it wants to be a recognized name in JB. do keep in mind that for some guests, they only go to a hotel for the breakfast buffet. Amari unfortunately doesn't have much to offer as far as its breakfast buffet offering is concerned.

The location was great, and the buffet breakfast was fantastic! The room was also large and comfortable.

Our room was comfortable and large and the hotel was perfectly located within walking distance from the buses from Singapore and near our medical clinic.

Room was spacious with a sofa and a writing table with leather chair. The bathroom amenites are good and the bed is firm. Housekeeper is pretty quick to deliver my shaving kits. Room are very well keep by housekeeper too. This hotel is just opposite JMCC Komtar and CitySquare Mall. It has a convenient store directly on the ground floor. It's breakfast buffet comes with a wide varieties too. Staff there are very friendly.

Breadfast even though was wide spread. But some food could be changed. We stayed for 3 nights but saw the same food more of the times.

I have stayed here a few times now, the water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower could be improved.

Convenient, near to the malls near by. A walking distance to the train station. Easy to find e-hailing services.

The breakfast spread was awesome. Great service from the front desk all the way to the breakfast service staff.

Requested for a queen size bed but was not granted.

Staff were very attentive n friendly.Special mention to Mr Razi from the Amaya restaurant on th 6th floor. Gave us options and very personable. Keep it up!

The pool closes at 7pm. We had just reached the hotel at 6pm. Closing time is much to early.

Walking distance from CIQ. Hotel is very clean, spacious and our stay was amazing. Breakfast spread were really nice and the hotel staff; they were really great.

The room aircon & mini fridge is not cold. Otherwise, it's all good.

They bother to wet vacuum their carpet which makes me very happy. I have stayed with many hotels in JB (international brand) but they slack with the very basics of cleanliness (dust on the door, ledges, surfaces and dust mites in the carpet which later get on to the linen from stepping on the carpet).

The condominium next door is a turn off. The poor maintenance of the walls on the next build ruin the pool and gym experience.

The location is good, the ambience is nice, and the room is comfortable.

We booked multiple rooms at Amari Hotel under two separate bookings, expecting a smooth and accommodating stay. One of the rooms was connected to another, but it was on a different booking. Since the stays were for different lengths (one day and two days), we requested to switch rooms for convenience and privacy. Despite being guests with multiple bookings, the staff refused to accommodate our request and showed no flexibility or effort to assist us.This lack of understanding and willingness to help left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued. For a hotel of this standard, we expected far better service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged us from returning.

The bed is comfy..Was greeted by friendly staffs during my stays. A BIG Thank you to the house keeper who is helpful and had done good job!

The TV too small. TV 123 all Malay..there is no local Chinese program? Lifts should provide both side for convenience to tap card.

Nice Breakfast but the dishes were the same everyday. Great location and generally very nice.

Air con too cold and unable to adjust, No real difference in experience from Premier Double room and Executive room, just the price!

Its actually close to all the malls, like Komtar and etc!

The pick up/drop off was abit hard to find.

Spacious clean room. Clean bedlinen.

The smart TV remote was not clean. Cumbersome to toggle channels. The complimentary handwash gel was not replenished. These are the details that differentiate quality.
