the floor was much hair and seems not tidy, bed sheet with stain

The place was small and cute for two person. The aircond was really good and cold.. Its a good night at that place.

The bathroom water was going slow.. I think it's stucked

Location is ok but very noisy cannot slep.. 3 to 5am too noisy..pls awake n talking loud till we hv difficult to sleep

Not really happy with my...

I took 1 single bed and 1 double bed room. I went there early in the morning around 3am and I got 1 double bed only... No any staff was there to help us out during that time and the security guard uncle also couldnt help much as that was not his work.. Was really disappointed and ended up one of us have to sleep on the floor. We check out around 8am and told the staff the issue and the morning staff there was friendly and helped us other way round.. ( Special thanks to the staff ) other than that, the room is not clean, the bed and blanket is not clean as well can see some stains here and there.. Need improvement on cleanliness wise..

- many facilities are unusable-the plug cannot be used-I booked for 2 of the same room, but got different room sizes? - tv and water heater cannot be used

The receptionist is friendly.

I paid online but the hotel still ask me for payment because they don't get any payment from booking.com. It's not professional for them to ask me to call booking.com myself as it wasn't my problem. They should settle it with booking.com and ease my check in process as I've paid beforehand.
