No Parking Lot. Parking not well managed. Many outsider park inside the hotel and when for their dinner beside.Parking Lot should show room number. Restricted parking for hotel customer. Put up SIGN BOARD Wheel lock and fine non hotel customer

Service is prompt, and the slight early check-in is very much appreciated. The pool area is clean and nice, & kids love it. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is good.

the location was useful

our room had a so-called window, only facing a blank wall 50 cm from the window. we were placed under the swimming pool. so we were sleeping with motor noise and pool's wall when we open the curtain.

Location and staff were friendly.

Swimming.pool is rather small and park lots are limited during peak seasons

Hotel is easy enough to find in the middle of a commercial area. Plenty of food options around including restaurants and fast food chains. Free parking is also available on premises, or at the adjacent open lot. Room itself was spacious and clean, with all facilities in working order. Overall good value for money.

Breakfast was a major disappointment - fried rice and noodles were tasteless and mushy, porridge was somewhat bland (even after adding condiments), and the cereal was also somewhat stale. While the price we paid for the breakfast was pretty cheap when booked online together with the room, it still felt like the money would've been better spent having a simple breakfast outside.

Literally I was sceptical at first since i booked a smoking room and its on a lower floor,I was thinking the room would be filled with bad odour,but it hit me wrong.I was impressed by the housekeeping staff maintaining the room well for a smokung room.Well done.The front office staff had given a prompt and reliable service.I call the front counter to inform that theres tv connection error but in vain.I hung up and upon my astonishment,counter did a follow up call and i manage to relay my concern.And the best part upon minutes maintenance team attended to it..Well done guise..!!!???Have done a good customer service.I will sure be back again for another stay with this awesome service given.

I like the size of the rooms.

The family suite is infested with cockroaches. The reception gave me attitude when I requested for a change of room. They downgraded my room and they did not even offer to partial refund.

Smooth check in and check out process. The bed is comfortable to sleep.

Saw cockraoch at the room.The breakfast buffet is not much choices and like not so fresh. The milk is diluted, the boiled eggs taste like old egg and there is fruit flies inside the bread basket

The location is nearby a lot of eateries. Easy to access to many areas. Staff (Ram) is friendly and efficient during my late check in.

The cleanliness could be better. Housekeeping standards could be better when making a room for the second night. They didnt do a wash to the toilet, they just did a towel change. There’s mould on the grouts. There’s rubbish under the sink area which was there when i first enter the room.

The swimming pool was not able to use because its under renovation. It disappoint my little boy because he was looking forward to it

1.Location not in the main city so it is nice to sleep and rest without any noise.Surrounding area of the hotel there is petrol pump easy to get simple thing in that shop inside petrol pump.2.Room was spacious worth it with the hotel price.I got baby cot for my 3 months old.Surprising me,they provide also with 3 baby pillow and baby blanket.Toilet also clean.3.Parking i think first come first serve.Or else u just have to look around to get your car park.

1.Check in time was too long about half an hour queue and what makes me pissed off.I check in with carry my 3 month old baby.The receptionist not even think to call me to come forward from long queue and prioritise me.My husband drop me first for check in while he is going to park the car and to get things out from the car.When my turn for check in i did tell receptionist you should call me for fast lane check in.She apologised and she said she is new staff.I noticed also its only her alone doing check in,that time is 3.30 pm is peak time for all guest to check in and its weekend.The hotel management should assign 2 staff at least to accommodate hotel guest.2.I call “0” from the hotel room to ask where & how to get iron but unfortunately no one answer.I have been calling from 7 pm on the same check in day and next morning before check out.Lucky i have friend that have own travel iron.During check out time i did tell receptionist about this issue,no explanation from them.Maybe dont have any idea also why nobody answer.3.I did message hotel before check in date about 3 times regarding my request to have baby cot.Just to make sure i can have it during check in day but unfortunately no one answer.Same thing,i did tell the receptionist but she said she will clarify with management.

All good. But breakfast was kind of sad. Can see the management trying to cut cost. Even the cereal fresh milk was being diluted with water.

Room is clean, bathroom is spacious.Parking in premise provided.

Deposit in cash required.Could have either do without deposit or accept credit card payment as deposit.

Disappointing

Im disappointed.. Last minute said cannot extend check out time.. ?Check-in time I'm told them check out time will extend to 3pm .. Next day said cannot fully booked..Next time please inform to customer early. They can plan their time too.. Otherwise.. All good

The staff at the front counter are friendly.

I was expecting a 4-star hotel with a nice and clean room but when I entered the room that was allocated, I was shocked by the cleanliness wasn't that good as the curtain was torn, the floor carpet got stained, the TV controller wasn't the same brand as the TV and it's very hard to control. The most terrifying thing was that I found a dead insect in my breakfast and I told the staff about it but the only thing he could say was sorry and walked off and didn't even inspect the food, I didn't expect the staff's reaction by ignoring guest feedback. The breakfast was a plain dish and not a lot of variety to choose from and the staff didn't even have the initiative to fill up the empty tray of food. On my last day when I was about to leave the room, I didn't expect an uninvited guest where it is a cockroach at my doughnut until I had to throw away my food.

The front conter staffs are very fast and very friendly. This hotel near by got alot of food choices too. Those need quite envoirement can choose this hotel.Worth the price and very clean and neat.And we had a choice to view you tupe channels too. Most of the 5star hotels doesn't have this facilities but V8 had. Great place to stay. A Special Thanks to the Management for giving such a Facilities and Very Polite and Helping Staffs.Thank You, Sure to Come back.
