D Elegance Hotel Nusajaya

Television not working,Internet slow, flickering of light

The room was decent. It was basic and was clean. However, the pillows in the room was a bit too flat to my liking. The location of the hotel was convenient to look for food and there were a variety of choices.

The room as noisy till late and the ceiling along the corridor was dripping water resulting in drenched carpets on the floor.

Situation of this area is good and very near to shoplot/food corner

Room smell like smoking, pillow is very not comfortable to sleep.

room floor is clean just that it is an old hotel so expect wear and tear furniture, spoilt door etc. location is perfect, restaurant, mynews, pharmacy same row with the hotel

Ms Mala was not helpful when we informed her that the door was spoilt and cannot be open and close easily, she simply answer no other room available, obviously that's the laziest answer, saw other negative review on her before and my bad luck that i had to encounter the same :(

- value for money. - walking distance n many restaurant choices. - friendly staff - spacious room

CLEANLINESS IS ? PERFECT AS MY HOPE

The staff on night shift but can't remember her name .. was very very rude to the guest the way she asking us question too rude... Better to be arranged a professional staff...

The room is clean, well maintained. Location is stratergic and near to food/market area

Parking need to pay to the local authorities, simply headache for firsttimer guest like me

The rooms are very clean

The room light is a little too din . The reception took a little too long to process the admission . With the high tech culture , it should be faster but overall it bearable.

Clean

Cant watch tv, internet line slow

Clean, spacious for family, nearby shop.

Quite noisy during night time cause located at busy area.

Within walking distance of F&B

Room facing main road, noisy

Quiet place.Clean placeGood service Very respectful employees

Bed was comfy, bathroom clean.

The smell of cigarette is qyute strong.

Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and convenience stores. Food is very easy to get. Reachable by bus or by own vehicle. Room is spacious and comfy. Aircond is a bit too cold, but manageable. Check-in and checkout are also easy. Staffs are very friendly. Had a good time staying here.

The room was good.

There is a waiting lounge with free snacks and drinks but it's not replenished and no housekeeping done with used drinking glasses on the table and snacks on the table.

Very friendly staff and good location. Nearby to a lot of restaurant. Easy to access.

The toilet quiet unsatisfied where the tower hanger was broken, same goes to shower. Luckily we can use the water heater.

Services good location near for many food including halal and non halal .family cam enjoy.

When I stay the room aircorn condition that's no cooling like expected. .please improve I feel some of rooms only otherwise I'm ok.

Easy to find.. near 24H mart,24H mamak and 24H Doby.....

Room was clean and spacious with ample toiletries. Location was good as there were free parking lots nearby with sufficient shops and eateries.

There was strong cigarette smell in my room. Would have been great if the TV reception was better and there were more TV channels in English

This is my 4th time to stay here, good and strategic places

Staff so unfreindly
