Goooood breakfast! Amazing infinity pool over looking the city on the 25th floor. Love the shower, it's got remote control blind on the glass door. Pretty nice.

I was on the 18th floor, stayed for 2 nights and this was my 2nd times. The last both nights I can hear the karaoke party. Not sure where it came from. Somebody was singing to the top of their lungs!

Breakfast is good & location is good too

The suite room the bed and pillow could be more soft and comfortable for a premium room

I like the room space and luggage top space. Good for putting 2 small luggages. The table top for working is also very long and usuable. Bedside table also good and big. Shower and sink is good. Kettle also provided. Breakfast variety also good enough and starts from 6.30am. In a good location where shopping, massage and food available nearby. There is even a good cafe downstairs for speciality coffee.

Should move to sustainable use of soap to dispenser. Remove all soap bar and new mini bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The room sound proofing not too good. Can hear motorcycle in the late night from 20th floor. There was one day when drilling or hammering aound was heard in the evening 5-7pm, no info was given prior to that so the rest was disturbed.

Staff were very friendly and location was great, near to a lot of eateries and shopping

Dining area at breakfast was messy. I suppose its not the hotel's fault since the mess was created by the guests. However, staff could have controlled the guests seating - Single guest occupying a table for 4, leaving us to search all over for a table for 3.

Clean, comfortable and cozy (not small). Very nice hotel :D My bathroom has a bathtub! Breakfast has decent spread and the coffee is delicious!

Staff (from entering lobby to front desk to checking out) has black faces. They look like putting a smile (even a fake one) wouldn't elevate guests stay. Feel somewhat unwelcomed.

The room was spacious and breakfast was decent with egg counter. Good location near KSL. One of the better hotels in that location.

The new hotel opposite was a little close, and privacy could be compromised. I could see the pool clearly.

For this visit, I paid around SGD126 per room for a one-night stay, while my sister paid only $ 90.Suggestion: There should be a water cooler on every floor for guests to refill their water bottles.

Very strategic location from the city. Breakfast menu ...variety. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The whole hotel including hotel lobby toilet was sparkling clean. To me, cleanliness level of the hotel is one of the most important factor in our family's choice to select to stay. The facilities is good with a paranoma pool at 25th floor. The service crew at Fern Pine restaurant serving at the breakfast buffet were very efficient in clearing the plates and cleaning the tables.The aircon in the room was great, is cold and quiet w/o and foul smell, the thermostat is responsive to temperature settings.Overall experience is very good, will stay again in future.

The food varieties for the breakfast buffet weren't fantastic. Maybe need to cater for more live stations for hot food section.

Room was big but it was classified as a suite but no amenities to prove as such. Breakfast buffet was good. Location was also good as you can just walk to KSL. There’s an upcoming Novotel hotel behind it which could be a better hotel.

Check in at 3pm and they insisted that we wait till the . Why can’t we go up if rooms are ready beforehand. Please be flexible! They also collect cash or card deposit. We had two rooms. Pillows and bed were terribly hard. Woke up many many times at night. Could not sleep properly. I was on level 19 and you could hear the terrible karaoke from level 26 till 12midnight. The guards outside the hotel - dishonest and has no morals at all. 2 guards on 10 Sept 2025 at 6:40pm. I ordered a grab delivery and they stopped the delivery outside and collected on my behalf. They proceeded to eat all the seafood, fried rice, drinks and feigned ignorance and ate all the food and drinks all whilst talking to me and asked me if I wanted some. Utter disrespect to the hotel guest. I ordered another delivery and they stopped the driver outside again and I had to rush outside to get my delivery. This is their modus operandi. Is this how you treat hotel guests?

Amazing location. Friendly, Pleasant and helpful staff. Good spread for breakfast.

Check in was a too slow. Not sure if it is due to too much paperwork or slow system. But staff was very diligent in handling.

A good location if you want to explore the area around KSL City Mall, but are unable to secure accommodation within KSL Hotel & Resort, Johore Bahru. The stay was generally satisfactory with an acceptable level of comfort. Room cleanliness was better than that of KSL.

Breakfast could have been better. Not much to do within the hotel.

The location next to KSL mall was perfect. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Room size is big and location is convenience.

Not in enough light in the room, too dark. Plus the keys does not works to certain elevator. One day works next days does not, I stay for 5 , each day I have the problem so frustrated and each day I talked to receptionist's and told me should works now but keys still does not work the next day.

Room was a great size! Very comfortable sleep.

Gym room was very hot at 10.30am. Felt like it could use a bit more air circulation despite the AC being on. Equipment also slightly old.

Room is spacious, clean and tidy. Easy to get a grab without the hassle of going through the slow traffic of nearby KSL resort. Plenty of food options nearby. Enjoy the airy, chill-atmosphere of the lounge bar at the top of the building. A nice, quiet massage spa is also located inside the hotel

toilet door which is open towards the middle and blocking the way between the toilet and bath area.

The pillows were high and hard. The bed was hard too. The aircon gets cut off and then restart, makes room stuffy. Can hear people closing doors and talking at night. People smokes along corridor and you can smell the smoke in your room. Breakfast has no green tea and few vegetables
