Staff are friendly. Hotel is very convenient to get around, with food stalls and a convenience store just beside it. Overall, it was okay.

Breakfast buffet was cold.

I booked 4 rooms for 03 days from 29 to 31st Dec 2025 but only my room the bidet faulty without the head spray.. 1st day of stay, I requested for assistance before I went for a tour and came back late night, to my surprise that the bidet still not change, I called to Reception and Technician arrived and really disappointed with the Technician as he requested me to do the exchange from another 03 rooms which been occupied by my family due to no stock..The next day at 1030hrs, I came down to the Reception area and decided to change the bidet to one of the rooms but thanks to Mr. Ivan (I believe Technician Supervisor) said to one of his workers in the present of me and the receptionist to check again the stock. I came back to my room around 6+pm and saw that the bidet had changed to the new one. I'm so glad that my issue been rectified and congrat to Mr. Ivan for his immediate action.. Ur the STAR for the hotel.. I hope the management recognize his action..

nice staff.. clean.. easy to get grab.. (airport to hotel cost RM 30+) breakfast was nice..

The mattress is too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the room isn’t cool enough.

the aircon was cold, but it'll take time to cool down the room if you just check in

not sure how this hotel got its 4 star rating because i feel its about time this hotel do a revamp. the room has a musky smell, hairline cracks on walls/ceilings, windows were dirty. in house carpark on weekends, if you're coming back late the carpark is full house and you have to park outside. late night & early morning no signs of staff, had to ring bell twice and their face just woke up

The distance to the shopping areas are nearby.

Quite run down. Aircon was leaking when we checked in. Called maintenance, they said it will be like that when we turn it on…. Upon arrival, saw one strand of long hair on the bed. Curtains are filthy.

The worst hotel ever I stayed..really disappointed...it's not at the level of 4star...everytg worst than a1star OYO hotel..toilet not clean...smelly ..room not clean..bed even more worst..not comfortable at all..breakfast out.... unfriendly staff...overall wasted my money staying there for 2days...still do no how they rated this hotel 4star..

Room bathroom not well maintained

It is a convenient location with shops around, breakfast is not bad.

Cleanness is so so, toilet paper is not enough.

1. The room was nice with a very good view. 2. The hotel is in a nice location, with a 7/11 and a restaurant just adjacent to it. 3. The breakfast was good and tasty.

1. The check-in service is slow, considering they have already taken full payment 5 days prior to my arrival. I requested them not to charge my credit card as I wanted to pay it by cash. But they did not accept my request. 2. The hotel lacked maintenance. One of the elevators made a severe fall giving a strong jerk. When we talked about it to the reception staff, they did not seem to care or give a proper reply.3. The hotel also lacked cleanliness. The swimming pool area was very nice but not properly maintained and cleaned. The hotel had a very nice roof with a glass skywalk. The glass floor and all windows were not properly cleaned. There were plastic wrappers and other things thrown but they were not cleaned.4. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket were dirty and had stains in it and they didn't change the bedsheets.

if u want to spoil ur holiday then book this room in this hotelnothing like

1) unsafe structure ( go to level 15 and see glass floor is broken anyone can be fall down to ground , plz careful if u have kids2) swimming pool dirty3) lift not properly working4) AC not cooling at all5) phone not working 6) hotel is isolated 7) after 10.30 no food

Noise from next door. Breakfast was overly pedas, cannot eat. Staff like kisah tak kisah. Few yrs ago the hotel was ok. Now... Donno what to say. Cant give good rating that's for sure. Brekpes, exclude kan and makan nearby stall. Katil pun like, donno they changed the sheets or not. Pillow sheets too... Ada rambut and stains...

Nothing at all ..

The rooms are old , the kettle had tea bags inside and it was dirty . The air conditioning was not cold at all and the temperature control is set and cannot be changed .

It provides drinks for guests, and easy to locate

My room smelled like cigarettes and after i told the receptionist, she said that housekeeping already sprayed my room. Fyi, my room still smelled like cigarettes! They didn’t even bother to change my room.

There was no blanket only comforter. Temperature was cold during night without blanket.

The Staff give me 1 card only for check in and the different staff asked me 2 card for check out even truely the 1st staff give me only 1 card and forced me to be fined.

Good local breakfast and clean room.

Parking is always an issue.

Not Returning for sure

Not suitable for family esp with babies & kids. Too many hazards in the room. Room condition is very bad. Yes it's not expensive but the least to expect is a decent room comfortable for sleep and stay but definitely not returning.. not until maybe a major revamp. *Baby cot condition was a disaster.*Aircon looks dirty*Too many hazardsRooms definitely not maintained. Before we checked out we saw that are replacing the TV's in all rooms. But honest opinion is to repair/ service the needful in the room first before replacing the TV's.

Very run down. Hotel room smells of old pillows n bedsheets. Room carpet smells of human stale feet .
