simple and convenient

water was slow during showerroom not ready when check in at 5 pm

I walked to a nearby breakfast food shop. It was quite delicious.

I didn’t like the fact that there is no YouTube on the television. The wifi was also a little bad.

Staff Sugam was friendly, very fast service. Room was big for both family and Deluxe king rooms. Lots of parking in front of hotel and eateries along the road. Hotel juz renovated i think, everything looks new. Sugam put usin 2 rooms next to each other which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Smokers, china guests, maybe who smokes within the hotel and in tiolet too. It was raining, we realized have no porch for us to get into car without being rained on and no umbrella tp borrow from hotel.

Will not stay here again.

Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5)I booked a Deluxe King Room with Window but was quite disappointed with my stay.1️⃣ Mouldy Window & Smell – The window had mould, and when I got close to the curtain, there was an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, it wasn’t noticeable from far, but still disappointing.2️⃣ Shower Issues – The smaller handheld showerhead was completely unusable because it couldn’t stay fixed at any angle—it just kept falling off. I had to rely on the overhead shower.3️⃣ Hot/Cold Water Control – The water temperature was inconsistent. Adjusting the knob slightly would cause drastic temperature changes, sometimes reversing the hot/cold settings. It was frustrating trying to get a comfortable temperature.4️⃣ Dim Bathroom Lighting – The bathroom light was so dim it felt like a romantic mood lighting—not practical at all. I couldn’t even see properly when removing my makeup. Weirdly, the lighting suddenly became bright the next morning after my husband turned it off and on again.5️⃣ Aircond Not Cooling Fast Enough – When we first checked in, the aircond didn’t feel strong, even though we set it to 16°C. We asked the receptionist if we could change rooms, but they insisted this was the “best” room with the biggest aircond. It took a while to get cool, and the air felt a little dusty.6️⃣ General Room Quality – The bedroom itself was okay, but considering the hotel claimed this was the “best” room, I expected better.Overall, for the price, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I at least expected basic comfort without maintenance issues. If you just need a cheap place to sleep and don’t mind these problems, it might be okay. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very clean & comfortable. It’s a shoplot hotel, but looks very nice. had a nice short stay.

Can upgrade the iron. the iron is too outdated, not really effective & heavy.

Good staff service very fast when we called coz electric trip. They repaired immediately. And always greet with a smile.

They forgot to put towels, and took a second call to send the towels.

The 'I am Jazz hotel' is quite central and near to a lot of place and easy to find food. The parking is also covered by the hotel. It is at the junction but very convenient and the hotel cleanliness is good and worth the money.

The location

The aircond didnt work very well and the towel a bit smelly.

Linen was dirty. Sink tap was broken, towel holder shaky. Bed got smell..

Room was great. Clean, spacious and value for money.

Water pressure from shower is good, quiet & close to eateries.

Bathroom not very clean, there is no hand towel, no hand soap & no hotel slippers.

This is my second time staying here. I have nothing to complain about, everything is really great. Love the bath tub though.

Wish the tv have more options for the channel. If you have plans throughout the day, then it’s okay. If not, you’ll get bored as there is only 1 channel to watch.

Disappointing

Overall, the cleanliness of the room can be better. There were a few big holes on the blanket and the windows full of dust.

No breakfast, location is good.

No jazz elements in the hotel, a bit dissapointing.
