Hotel Austin Paradise - Taman Pulai Utama

Location is near Aeon and the market area, and no breakfast at hotel and near by (walking distance). But opposite of hotel has few mini marts.

The staffs were pretty friendly & helpful,the room was really clean as well but the only minus point is the room had a small window that's all.

Well I did not quite like the location as that place was really so dead,imagine most shops there are close latest by 9pm.The cleanliness especially outside the hotel at the car park area was atrocious or unbearable.Something has to be done about it,doesn't the Majlis Bandaraya come clean the place?

asking for rm150 for a coin size blood stain which was also very light maybe due to I am a foreigner

Easy parking space .. for the hotel itself worth every penny.a lot of shop nearby just in case u forgot to bring ur personal things.nearby to aeon taman university

No major issue,just distance from city n the road quite bad.

They don't serve food but the location is very easy to access for food and shopping.

What making me don't like is the huge bird noise from the outside on certain time.

Friendly and helpful staff, the room has a nice wood palette color, comfortable lighting, fine toilet, and, spacious lobby.

No shops or laundry services at the same building block.

located at pulai utama infront U Mall, SUPER STRONG SMOKING SMELL!!! get an end lot, air-cond compressor very noisy, many bird noise during evening, staff sleeping in the corridor and playing songs loudly, many noise disturbance when people open and close the door. corridor light fused so the corridor infront the room is in dark. anyway, just ok for 1 night with this price.

It was quite affordable for a family group who were only at JB for one night. The rooms were cosy and comfortable but very small. Otherwise extremely clean rooms with toiletries provided. I will definitely recommend it to people who are not going to spend much time at the hotel but for couples who are looking to spend leisurely time at the hotel I will suggest a more expensive option. For families who are on budget trip and going to spend most of the time exploring JB then its a perfect choice because the hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean with lots of breakfast choices at nearby shops.

I get side by side room bcoz I book for 2 room.

The staff not friendly and not helpful at allI stay in superior deluxe roomBut the room so disappointed so small and the toilet too close to my bed Btw I take 2 room bcoz I thought the room will be spacious bcoz it have deluxe in the room name. Not comfortable at all.sorry and thank you.

The beds are comfortable, parking is good and safe plus they got security to look after our cars during night time. Early check in, there's a surcharge of Rm30, which i think is a bit expensive

I would like to really inform the property about this. The hotel bathroom is too open and not secure at all because the toilet door has no lock. The glass below sticker is too high and the top of the glass sticker is too low. Would like to point out this because for many travellers staying in a hotel not all are couples or families. There are also friends and a working partner. If things like this don't improve, I guess many people will worry about security. I hope the management can make some improvements about this.

The location of the hotel suits my purpose here. The room facilities are comprehensive.
