The hotel interior is old and quite outdated especially the bathroom
The hotel stay is so good, the main advantage is that it's near to KSL mall and few bistro bars.
The breakfast service is not provided, and the room is not that clean, I found strands of hair when I entered the room.

Carpark is old and might be an issue to move around for bigger car.

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced . The whole room smelled.The sheets and coverings were dirty.The bathtub is also very dirty.Will never stay at this hotel again.Now the skin is red and itchy.I hope you value the guests you stay with.Very disappointing experience.

Under the sheets have a lot of bugs, until it's bitten by the red skin. Then the iron pound facility wasn't in the room.

Reception staff was ok, except for the male indian manager who was so stern looking. doesnt even greet guests.
toilets bowls were so dirty and the air con was not even strong. called for housekeeping dept to check on the toilet door which was so noisy and ended no one came :( very bad experience ..
