No frills hotel.

Everything was good till I spotted a small roach roaming around the coffee machine. Witness by the restaurant staff and chef there. Other than that, all's well.

Excellent value for property of this quality.

Facilities are not astounding, you need to place a deposit using cash/a physical credit card even though you register your credit card via booking.com.

Breakfast was awesome. Nice restaurants arround.

There could be more seating areas by the pool.

I booked this for short stay at JB meanwhile celebrating my wedding anniversary. The bed was nicely decorated and there is a slice of cake ready when we checked in. Thank you so much! The room itself is spacious and clean. I love the water pressure in the bathroom. Their breakfast are sumptuous with different variety .All the staffs are polite and friendly, feel warm to stay at this hotel and will come again.

I had their Seafood buffet dinner as well, there are some stalls at outdoor for grilled food, I found those seafood seems not too fresh enough and this might also attracted some flies from outside flew into the indoor dining place. There was one flying around my table and waitress provided candles to be placed on my dining table, the other time is I saw the flies around the food counter and landing on the pot, I have informed this to the working staffs on the spot. I hope this can be improved for the sake of hygiene.

The room is clean and tidy. Staff service were great. Breakfast is quite a spread and delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from – there was something for everyone. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the pillows weren’t quite to my liking.

Best hotel in terms of high standard, very friendly staff, rooms are super good, it’s modern and elegant, it’s awsome would always go back! And highly recommended. Breakfast was so pleasing too.

1. Hotel lighting is too dimmed2. Bed is not as promised or stated as King size bed, but more like a queen3. Nowadays a hotel without water purifier or filtered machine is really not preferable for family with kid.If you are looking for hot filtered water, the only way is to get it from the restaurant.Not recommended to family with kid but to couple or individual, it is still good to go with

The food and facilities

Nothing of Hotels fault the place outside the hotel looks bit run down and unclean. Though food options are a plenty.

The staff were very friendly and professional. We arrived slightly earlier. They made early check-in seamless. The room was value for money and everything worked perfectly. Excellent breakfast spread. I'm really impressed by the staff at all levels- doormen, front desk, poolside, housekeeping and restaurant staff.
