Spacious room, room very clean, bathroom very clean, private bathroom very clean, living room very clean, air conditioner working fine in all areas, kitchen very clean and all clean. Breakfast we don't have it. We all happy staying in this hotel room.

Room is clean as always with every stay we had. Amenities are complete and no problems with showers, faucets, towels etc.

The surrounding shops and entertainment are all closing down, only the mini mart beside has stayed open for as long as we remember, which is sad. Some entertainment in the evenings with the restaurants and pubs facing the promenade, but still it seems only on the weekends from locals.

I paid but after 1 minute saw the room, I left and accepted to lose money: could not stay!

You yourself come there and see. I abandon booking.com from now too!!

The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location suited me.

The pool was not operational, the area around it looked poorly maintained. The phone in the room did not work

Great location and friendly staff. After room faults were identified we were upgraded to a lovely suite.

Initial room aircon didn’t work and floor was dirty. WiFi was dreadful, unable to work.

The restroom near the Kembali Kitchen is breaking apart. No one seem to clean it and the door lock fell out as I was locking the door

my bedroom and my kids bedroom fulls of ants.! the small ants.! on the bed.! crazy.! i call up receptionist, but no answer.!

Staff were very friendly, pool was lovely. Hotel was never busy.

Everything is ageing, soundproofing could be better, and we had 4 days of extremely frustrating WIFI that would not work .. grrrr

Big room with free parking. Staff very helpful. Easy to look for restaurants and hotel provide in-room order too.

Can be very noisy at night due to activities nearby.

I went to the hotel during CNY. The staff of the hotel will greet us with Happy Cny, they are so polite. They also treat us very well. When I am going out they will greet us, they also ask if they need to do housekeeping when we are out. So good. The room was also good, very comfortable. They chose a room at the end of the building, and I can see the view of the whole puteri harbor. I can enjoy the beautiful view and Singapore in front of me. Super cool. I want to stay in the hotel for longer but I don't have enough money.

The heater in one of the bathrooms is already spoiled. And there isn't any telephone or safe in the room. I looked at their website and it said that they will provide but I can't find any of them.

No concierge. We had to manage our luggage on our own. Other than that, everything else was perfect

There problem with unlocking of door upon check in. Take quite some time for the maintenance guy to arrive. No worries.....i believe he attended to other cases as well.
