I like the location where the hotel is situated. Lots of eateries nearby.

The hotel management did not ensure that the room was in good condition. The room window latch was spoilt and if it rains, water would seep into the room. Loud noise can be heard from the nearby pub via the window.

Pubic hair and urine stains in bed! Outrageously rude receptionist!

There were pubic hairs and urine stains in my bed. It was revolting. When I went downstairs to politely inform the receptionist (I forget her name - big Indian girl) she was shockingly rude. Cutting me off "so what exactly are you complaining about!?" Rolling her eyes, sighing. I was just asking for clean sheets. She told me it was not possible. As I'm walking to the elevator, she bursts out laughing about it with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend btw, just lounges all night on the sofa in the reception. She just wants to hang out with her boyfriend and anyone who talks to her, it's a big inconvenience. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered a hotel staff member with such outrageously disrespectful and rude behavior. To remind any potential guests again: about a dozen pubic hairs in the bed. Urine stains in the middle of the bed, as if someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and dribbled in the bed as they went back to sleep. Filthy. And if you ask for clean sheets, you will be told "no" and laughed at as you walk away. Other than that. Very thin walls, no windows in the rooms, damp smell and twice as expensive as similar hotels nearby. Do not even consider staying here. You have been warned. Don't be foolish!

Room was vey clean without any stale odor. It was as excellent for the price paid.

The air conditioner was noisy and not as cold as indicated on the remote. I think it requires a service

Clean, surrounding with lots of food to buy. Basic but yet functional.

Some odd smell, guess due to the windows are all seal. But noise from the vehicle still can be heard.Toilet seat need to be replaced.

Cleanish. Basic. wifi reasonable. Food options good including a 24 hour minimart downstairs. Food trucks/stalls about 100m from hotel in car park. Various shops all in the near area and Perling shopping mall only a few minutes walk down the road....Paradigm mall about 15 mins by Grab depending on the traffic. Ditto AEON Mall Bukit Indah. Lift. Good if you're in transit.

Staff difficult and sultry at 2am. Maybe a personal issue. Explained the same could be true of the guest, travelling odd hours. Some outside noise flters in. Could do with renovation.

Convenient and clean this is my third time.Would come back again with my family and in laws recommend to the frens.

The recently visit upsets the situation of the bed the room is spacious for my family.But the bed badly out of shape the wood peel out from the bed edge.

For the price, the hotel is OK stay for us with 2 toddlers. The room is small but just like T**e hotel. The hotel provide basic amenities - towels, toothbrush set, shampoo, bath foam, kettle, coffee 3in1, tv n etc. The floor is tile, I like it compare to carpet. No breakfast provided. Parking is under local council, need to pay by our own.

The bed frame is detached, and the wall paint is peeling off. It needs some repair work.

The room was spacious. All the amenities was provided. We had a comfy stay for a night. Nearby to the warung and mini market. The staff was friendly. OKU friendly type of hotel

The room is not sound proof. The ironing board was not stable.

1)The toilet is clean and the beds are comfortable.

1)The floor was dirty(got dusts and hair) when we arrived.2)One of the lights in the room was spoilt the moment we arrived.

The room is comfortable to stay and worth the price.

I have to wait a little longer because the receptionist didn't notice me waiting until i told him that i wanted to check in.

The location is quiet busy and the one of indian staff very funny and very talkative

I was given a windowless room and had no choice to change at the counter, I was given a 2 bed room on line. The night receptionist was not helpful.

The toilet seat though it was clean, it is also time for replacement

Very clean and calm place.supportive staff and room service are quite good.better than we think.

Only thing we didn’t satisfied was room space.

position of toilet basin was not standard. it is little too high. shower room without shower screen, water spread all around while shower, especially toilet paper get wet and stuff we put at basin top.

Location is walking distance to the roadside local hawkers and also the Perling Mall. ?

The room had small cockroaches runnning on the floor. Bathroom shower head was broken. Bath towels have stains. ?
