everything was great. the room was spacious for me and my family. the aircond and water heater work well. definitely will rebook if i have to go near the area

no nearby restaurants you can walk to. need to drive there

Towel provided a bit dirty, old towel. Towel color is not white.

It was a terrible experience. Despite having already booked, when we arrived around 1 a.m., we were informed that our reservation had been canceled.

Rude receptionists never greet good morning during my 11 days of stay, at night workers in the hotel sat outside and chit chat until very late night . Few days I had to wake up in the middle of night had to ask them not to talk very loud. Receptionist when customers enter to hotel they look otherway and pretend like busy.

very tolerable i have checked in at 1am and the receptionist are very good in welcoming the guest. I have a very good sleep and the room was very huge and clean.

The bed sheet and pillow case are so dated even thou it's clean. It's no longer white color.

Quite old. The bathroom door damaged. Toilet bidet spray don’t have it’s knob. Bed sheets looks like used again ( having stains all over). Old aircond.

Noisy, not very clean and there was a notice on the room door that if there were any stains on the bedding cleaning would have to be paid by the guests.

no problem for late check in (like 9pm)

I forgot and left my shoes there during my previous trip (late December). contacted them on booking.com, but only received automated response. Specially booked another night there to check with the staff in person. However, they barely tried, and came back to me with a head shake.

The receptionist was good. Checked me in within a minute. The room was small, but clean and neat. The bathroom was clean.

The hot water shower was mild

Smelly pillow, only one plug point near the table, no bedside plug point. Very poor wifi network.

OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE.

BED SHEETS HAVE YELLOW STAINS AND WAS NOT CHANGED. HAVE BED BUGS, BODY WAS ITCHY THE WHOLE NIGHT.

It's good value for money, have nearby local restaurants and food stalls.
