Air con not cool

l did not know two paradise hotel... i went to the wrong one, come back to Austin wasted 2 hours.

Location is good from HSI. There is a malay restaurant next bpock..

Sink blockage. Tv is couldnt be turned on.

Pls improve on sound proofing as it's very bad. Also there is no window for double-bed room, if there is a fire at the entrance they won't be any emergency exit and I am not sure how come Bomba approved this !

Hotel is surrounded by convenient shop as well as restaurant.Near to Nan Yang Street (new place to hang out with Friend)Near to Aeon Tebrau (Tsutaya bookstore)

The Bed cleanliness / less comfort

I like the cleanliness of the toilet, and the water pressure of the shower head.

Under the bed is full with dusts and dirts

The room is spacious and clean. Nice hotel. The staff also very helpful.

Got smell in the lift.shouldnt bring garbage using the same lift for customers.

Air-con was cold but take some time to cool down.. initially thought air-con spoil and not cold, only until about 10mins then the air starts to get cold

Shower was leaking water, bathroom toilet paper was far away from toilet seat and little toilet paper left. TV channels are JB channels and SG channels. Table top where water bottles are put had many ants or some insect thingy crawling..

Walking distance to Dai Tao Lala Pot about 15 minutes.Opposite hotel is Tasixi Hong Kong Dim Sum and about 10 minutes walk to broloklok

The bed like tatami bed and very small

the location , near hospital and malls and friendly staff

want to sleep in peace but cannot, we hear someone moaning loudly like seriously no privacy at all ? then another room on music at 2am/3am making a concert in their room ??

Location is near to austin area.

- It was facing the main road so it gets noisy even though our room is in the middle.- Room not fully cleaned, previous person most probably smoked in the room and their ash tray was hidden under the bed, causing the whole room to smell weird. Bed sheets and pillow were dirty and old.- bathroom were leaking and dripping water.- walls as thin as paper.

There is a recommended diner (Uncle Don's Diner) and a breakfast place (Kluang coffee) withing walking distance.

The staff at the reception is an expressionless man, and not much of any good service from staff.Proximity to caes/eateries are quite bad. There is a huge major road in front of the hotel with eateries on the other side but no way to get across other than jaywalking the busy road. There are vendors selling durians outside the hotel and further up the road. Please do not patronise them, they charge exorbitant prices for lousy quality durians. You will do better to eat good quality durians in Singapore instead as most of the good durians are exported to Singapore and other countries for better price sales.The sound-proofing in the room is really almost non-existent. Very noisy traffic noises along the main road, especially when they rev their engines. We were unfortunate to meet very inconsiderate next door tenants who were talking, laughing and shrieking loudly from 11+pm to 1am.There's no shower curtains hence everytime you shower, the entire toilet would become wet.This hotel gave us the feeling of a motel more than a hotel.Would give it a miss in future.

I love the environment there. Lot of amenities and facilities. The hotel itself is so clean and tidy.

I dislike the customer service or receptionist, dont even smile at the guests. I feel pity for myself and the other guests.

Friendly Service, clean hotel with reasonable wifi. Surprisingly comfortable bed with good pillow. Ample parking. Many non-halal eateries nearby. 7min drive away from Aeon Tebrau and Toppen.

Room is really small. Only one socket in the room for us to charge the phones and teapot. There is no hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels. Tv is fuzzy. The walls are so thin that we can hear the tv from the next room.

The space is big , comfortable & clean. A bit far from city.

My order was room with view but given room that have view to window that connect to empty room. Need to be precaution coz someone can enter the room from that window.

Only at night quite noisy like knocking , door closing , even talking voices also think sound proof not that good ..

Cheap roof. Poor service. Bad and Noisy rooms
