Water heater was not working. Bath with cold water. Shower soap emty bottle . Floor was dirty. Door can’t close well.

It's old furniture, a less clean room, and the hotel did not meet my expectations as shown in the apps.

no breakfast package.

Receptionist on duty before check in is so rude. Need to undergo customer service course. She is not hospitable at all, showing angry bird face. I won’t recommend this hotel for my friend.

Really the hotel entrance & the room was looks like a very high class..the price is very reasonable.?? Especially the Shops all very nearby and the nearby street food I love it..after this my first choice is Euro hotel..❤️

1) car parking is always busy nd I park my car over then 100 meters 2) The body soup very small and the not much smelly

Bad experience. Aircond not cold, slow. The main light problem, not functioning. Floor dirty.

Deposit system really bad. The manager really lazy

The environment and the place was okayh . Near with everything . And the staff also friendly ..good price for the room ..

Very dirty, the bed, sheets, floor, bathroom, walkway and everything is not clean. Very bad experience staying at this hotel. There were cockroaches and insects.

The only thing i like is the location and it was easy to access.

The pictures posted in the app was not the same when we arrived. Room was terrible, dirty, smelly and there were cockroaches roaming around. We booked for 3 nights but we checked out the second day.

The room was not that clean.airvond very hot.has call the staff to check.the staff gv stupid reason because room is big.

location is very strategic, easy to get food, fonvenient store, bank and all

Spacious decent place. Location is a very good easy to access. Ample parking space.

Good place to stay with cheap price. Bathroom wall using frosted tempered glass quite uncomfortable to use.

The price

Just because I paid cheap for the room, I was not expecting such a room with poor condition. Not to mention the smell and sticky floor. The wall was damp and mouldy. The bathroom smells so bad.

The Malay female staff was so softly and nice.Location of hotel was awesome especially for food hunter.

Room was so smelly. The Chinese female staff always showing her bad mood face.

I like the lobby looks very beautiful

Aircon was super bad more like souna , requested for extra pillow did not get , the staff morning was friendly a malay girl. , But the night staf Chinese girl was superb uncooperative its like i am asking for diamonds frm her , everything i asked the anwer is no , i called the hotel more then 20times just to cnfrm my booking no response & staff was sleeping so no point of hving a phone for hotel when it is for decoration,The room not clean alot of things cnt be use like shower water pressure out , aircon not cooling ,toilet lights not working doors broken , i booked 2 rooms n the both room had the same problem

Good location

The room has terrible smoking/mouldy smell. All my clothes and bags smell bad after staying for two nights. If you have breathing problem please avoid this hotel at all cost. I feel sick and cough non stop after leaving the hotel. The room is dirty as plenty of baby cockroaches running on the floor. Not really a smoking-free hotel.

There are plenty of food places to go. Nice location of staying for the food lover.

The customer service of receptionist.The room is so smelly when first step in.

Felt like this hotel was not a hotel but was something else. NEVER EVER staying here worse experience ever. ROOM was not clean and after i requested to change room, the second room also dirty. Dont get fooled by the advertised pictures. Please fix your rooms environment.Thankyou
