Hotel Granada Johor Bahru

The location of the hotel is strategic. Walking distant to shopping mall and many shops. There are quite number of eateries.

So far there is nothing that we like to complain.

The hotel location next to AEON mall is the best. The hotel parking is very convenient.

I paid higher price for the club floor room. I was expecting to be able to enjoy the club lounge. But turns out the lounge was closed all the time.

Clean, good location, staff is attentive, good breakfast

The hair driver is broken, the shower water temperature is unstable

I loved this hotel because requests were fulfilled quickly and efficiently, and the cleanliness was exceptional.

Everything was excellent, except for the limited shopping mall options in the surrounding area.

I won't be coming back to live here again.

1. The toilet in the room I'm staying in is leaking all over the floor.2. The spring bed is basically broken.3. The water outlet of the shower head is all black, which is really scary to look at.

My credit number was stolen during that trip. I have only used it once in the last three months, and that was in that hotel to pay for the deposit and the room extension.

It's near EON and the breakfast quite good.

The bed was not so comfy.

This time my worst stay Granada hotel. I have been staying and chose granada hotel as my first but this time when I check in is worse becoz I check in around 1700hrs the unit given was last unit 805 at the last corner which most Asian people won't like it. Aircon was set in a way was auto cut off and make the whole unit very hot. Fridge was not cold all the ice I bought melted. The USB socket didn't even charge my phone. The front opening door was very stiff. Phone was faulty need to use speaker. Aircon faulty with error in picture.

1) Fridge is not cold because I put packet iced inside it all melt and I can't have cold drinks. 2) Request for iced too bad the in-house service is closed by 10pm

Swimming pool at a weird location outside the hotel.

Good. Just opposite to Aeon Bukit Indah, walking distance to Lotus Supermarket. Good for one day stay & buying groceries. Beside the hotel, there’s a 24/7 Mcd fast food & mamak.

Initially we got a dirty room, lots of ants, cockroaches & bed bugs. Call the concierge and straightaway got to change room at the same level. The 2nd room was better. Clean & not a single ant can be found.

The location is convenient and easy to find. There are underground and open air car park to pack the car. Front desk customer service is friendly and patient to answer question. The lobby toilet is clean.

Hotel is conveniently located opposite Aeon Mall Bukit Indah. There are many food options available around the hotel is as well. The staff is friendly and warm but could be better trained. The 3 front desk employees are not sure of the spa opening hours.

The breakfast buffet is so-so. For MYR400 a night, the room amenities could be better such as better room slippers and more toiletries.
