I found hair on the bed and the cleaner was vacuuming at the corridor at 7pm in the evening creating unnecessary noise.

This place is not suitable for family with children at all. There is no cot, the parking instructions are unclear - we went to level five to park before checking in, only to be told we can park at the reception. There was no ramp to the reception or from the carpark to the lift - u have to carry the luggage yourself.Toilet drainage is poor. Stood near the drain to bathe but water still can flow to the entrance of the toilet, whole toilet is extremely wet after bathing. No towel provided for the floor. No mat, slippery - dangerous for children.

only one access card provided , for double occupancy which give us trouble to access the room if one of us need to go out. i have requested additional card from the front desk but was not considered.

Spacious but no point sofa broken so only can sit on bed ,eat on bed and everything also on bed.shildren love to do everything on bed.

The sofa leg is broken but they just leave it there..luckily im the kind like to check every detail first before the kids enter the room..pillow n comforters has abit of smell ? and stains..Tv channels was limited with no netflix nor youtube..

There was a misunderstanding when I checked out. The staff told me that I had not paid for the accommodation yet, which caused me to waste time waiting for the inspection.

Convenient to be located. Great food can be tried around.

Need to improve on cleanliness & facilities.

The location is strategic. Room comfortable and spacious, Plenty of eateries within walking distance. Parking is available right in front of hotel but limited. Multi-level parking is available.

Entrance to the hotel rooms is located outside of the lobby. Felt that the area is a bit rundown. The multi level parking can be a little hassle as the instruction for hotel guest is to park at level 5 and 6, but they closed the walkway leading to the parking after 4pm during the weekend.

We had a one night good stay at this hotel. Very clean and i like the toilet structure.

There was an old sofa.

The room we book is spacious.

The beddings are old and could already smell human’s scent. The sheets does not smell clean at all. We have to use towels on top of our pillows. I’ve experienced it to both Fives JB centre and Fives NDP.In the morning at Fives NDP their dirturbing noises of wiring works in the ceiling. It was really noisy that we have to call and complained. Front Staff only said that theres maintenance work on the top room. But no service recovery was done, we only have to keep up with the noise. Not even apologetic about it. We requested for some bottled water she even mentioned that it’s chargeable since we are checking out. Atleast a bottle of water to compensate our bad experience. Upon check out, the same front staff still did not acknowledge the inconvenience. All these experiences we hope can consider as positive feedback for improvement. Still thankful that we had a place to stay the night. Thanks.

it was cheap and alright for a one night stay, considering the price.

the cleanliness of the facility was bad. The location is slightly isolated.

Room is spacious and clean.

no hand wash soap, no spare tissue and no dining place in the hotel. no breakfast.Very far from City Center and surrounding car park is not clean.

Been here many times...As per usual all in gd term..Will come again next trip..

The guest from other room can hear they talking outside. like they dont care others in the room.Pls put a sign board tell them dont talk to loud next time..in 4 Language!!! Thanks

The space you get for the price pay, this is a great deal! Location is great too, going to Mid Valley Southkey is just a 10 mins drive. Basically all basic features that you would expect from a hotel is provided.

Cleanliness could be better. There are minor stains on the bed sheet and a large patch of stains on the sofa. The pillows can also be better. And the sound proofing is very bad! We can hear laughter from nearby rooms. Even the sound of cleaners cleaning other rooms can occasionally be heard.

Friendly and helpful staff

No soundproof, can hear next next room shouting and dog barking outside in middle of night.

The surrounding smell at the car park of the hotel is terrible. Very smelly. Already told the reception to report to the relevant authorities concerned.

A clean no-frills hotel stay for the night. Room is comfortable and aircon is cool enough.

Windows and doors are not sound insulated, so any activities outside can be heard quite clearly.
