NB HOTEL

Location good . Have many restaurants , minimart around the area.

Should have more tv channels like astro , tv 3 , tv 1 , tv2

Nearby a lot of eatery, good location.like it because is very clean hotel.

Hotel is very near to shops like Speedmart99, pizzahut, dominos pizza, dobby and other restaurants. It is also near the main road and mosque. Easy to reach the hotel, no traffic jam. We always stay in the 2 x king bed suite - very convenient for my family of 4 adults. Will surely come again.

Washroom glass door should be fully covered for privacy.

clean and spacious with friendly staff

The nice environment of the hotel and its location with many food choices, car washes, supermarkets, and barber all within reach.

One of the four towels was looking stained and should be put away from use by the guests.

Value for money. Location is not a problem since we're driving and stayed just 1 night..

Wifi is not stable. It's kind of important for tourists who don't have much roaming data. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved

Location is good and affordable breakfast buffet just next to the hotel.

No fridge in room.

very clean, nice smell, comfy room. restaurants are nearby. suitable for solo/ partner trip. worth the money.

the front desk staffs were not friendly and very helpful. their attitude tires me more after a long day seminar

Cleanliness, quiet, good environment

Big and clean room, comfort bed.

The receptionist could be more friendly

Clean and new. Quiet hotel. Near amenities. Value for its price.

Water retention in the bathroom. Water seeps into the toilet area when you shower, doesn't drain away.

New and very well maintained. Friendly staff 24 hours. Nice morning eateries nearby.

Spacious clean rooms, staff helpful

Walls are a bit thin and all rooms seem to be connected by a door so I had to change rooms due to a very noisy couple next door. No alcohol allowed in rooms. Happy to respect my Muslim brothers and sisters but I don't think this was clear on Booking when I booked. I do usually like to enjoy a beer in the evening..

Beds are huge, bigger than expected. Very nice for our family of 4.

One light in the corridor was flickering. A little fix will make it nicer.

Location good .There are minimart , supermarket , shops , restuarant nearby.Nearest shopping mall is Aeon Mall at Bukit Indah

Good Location with a lot of eateries within walking distance. Right next door is a 24hrs laundry.

Passable

Wifi was intermittent. The next morning we saw the wifi device ourside our room was switched off.

I like almost everything - got very good rate from Booking.com, hotel room was clean and spacious, the hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities, water dispenser in every level, 2 x large king sized bed very convenient for my family of 4, comfortable bed, we manage to get a suite room which was facing the car park and we can easily see our car from the hotel window, mini bar available, i like the separated toilet and shower.. overall, we love it!!!

Toilet/shower doors need more privacy - we had to switch off the toilet/shower light when using them. Hotel staff did not help us to throw the rubbish when we carry along to the lobby - she only told us there is nowhere to throw the rubbish, so we had to bring them and look for a bin outside the hotel ?

The hotel location is very convenient. Just walking distance to nearest mart, restaurant, clinic etc. & really near AEON mall if you need to do shopping. Only around 15mins drive to Legoland

Need to accomodate a fridge in the hotel room, as there is none. Unluckily travel during the child is unwell, & need to bring the antibiotics.Quite inconvenient for me.

Hotel looks clean and neat.

1. Aircond no cooling and bed not comfortable.2. Too much noise from guests and door sound soooooo irritating. The whole night I can't sleep. 3. What is the purpose of the door inside the room, we can hear people talking and we are scared that someone will come from that door. 4.Not worth for money.
