It's close to where I'm heading. That's all.
*Disappointing Experience*Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by the unpleasant odor. The sofa was cracked, and the corridors and lobby on all floors appeared gloomy and in need of renovation. The room was equally unimpressive. The wallpaper was torn, the bedsheet was stained, and the TV only offered a limited selection of channels. The toilet was average, and the towels provided were worn and frayed.*Overall Rating: 1/5*Unfortunately, my experience was subpar, and I would not recommend this establishment to others. This was my first and last visit.
The hotel is in very ideal location near the City Centre
Cleanliness of furniture & surface...aircond filter is included...it showed that it has not been clean for a long time
Bad
Im not sure but is this SCAMMER?!!! I called the number multiple times but nobody answered. I even went to the address mentioned, there’s nothing there.
1. Plenty of parking space available.2. Central location in JB.3. Bathroom is quite spacious.4. Staff are very helpful.
1. The hotel is quite old and dirty.2. Presence of a cockroach inside the table beside the bed.3. Tissue and towels are not readily provided; I need to go to the reception counter to ask for them.4. Loud noises can be heard outside and from the room above.5. Misleading information on Booking.com regarding the room amenities, such as the absence of a bathtub.6. Air conditioning remote cannot adjust the temperature.
