lobby looks grand, other than that, everywhere was so rundown.

The room floors were all very dirty with layers of dust throughout the room. The table, TV Console are all so dirty. The sink does not drained properly. The fridge smelly and not even cold. Overall, housekeeping really did a terrible terrible job.

It was unpleasant

During my stay, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. At around 1:00 a.m., we had to move to another room due to the issue. Unfortunately, even in the new room, the air conditioning problem persisted, and we had to sleep in an uncomfortably hot room.Additionally, one of the beds in the second room kept rolling away, which made it difficult to sleep. We reported these issues to the front desk several times, but despite maintenance visits, the air conditioning problem was never resolved. This caused significant inconvenience and discomfort throughout the night.Photos of the unpleasant experience is enclosed herewith for your attention. Given the circumstances, I would like to request appropriate compensation, such as a refund, an upgrade, or a voucher for a future stay, for the unpleasant experience we encountered.Please look into this matter and advise on the next steps.

Dilapidated and dirty

The property is dilapidated and dirty. Needs an urgent upgrade. There is a so called bar but the bar staff has no clue about how to prepare drinks.

The room is spacious.

The air conditioner can stop working during the night. It make very loud sound. Happened on both nights.The resort aged and very rundown. Breakfast is so so.

I would like to share a few concerns from our recent stay at your hotelWhile we truly appreciated the friendly service and the quality of the breakfast, we did encounter some issues that affected our comfort: The room temperature was not adequately cooling the space, which made it uncomfortable, especially during the night.I experienced breathing difficulties, possibly due to poor ventilation in the room.There were a lot of mosquitoes, which led to discomfort for my spouse and even required an urgent trip to the nearest pharmacy.Though the breakfast was generally good, we noticed that there was limited variety of healthy food options.We had booked two rooms expecting a comfortable experience, but unfortunately, these issues left us somewhat disappointed.

It's a really cool looking place when you look at it from far, I had a lovely walk and there was a beautiful sunset. The dinner was absolutely delicious at their onsite restaurant and it was a very safe place. Super close to the airport which is why I booked it as I had an early flight.

The smell in the room was a bit damp. Everything is a bit tired. There wasn't actually enough hot water to have a really hot bath and I could not for the life of me get any lights to switch off with the panel. i ended up unplugging everything when I wanted to sleep.Definitely needs a renovation especially in the bathroom.

It's a very classic property, but seems newly renovated.Everything is well provided for.The rooms are exceptionally clean.I totally enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast options were optimal, and manageable.The pool waa great.Lot of open spaces

More renovation should be done, especially in the common areas

I liked you hotel / breakfast/ pool

cleanness Tiled & paved floors need to be cleaned, they looked like they haven't be cleaned in yearsthe door to my balcony didn't lock properly if you pulled a little bit it would unlatch

Lovely, plantation-style hotel layout with four outdoor pools, bordered on two sides by an 18-hole golf course.Friendly and helpful staff.Very reasonably priced for a hotel this comfortable, including food at The Cocomo and Golfer Terrace restaurants.Large, clean room with balcony overlooking golf course, with large, clean bed, bath and shower.Good bar, dining, swimming, bowling, squash, tennis, pool, snooker, etc., facilities.EconSave, a couple of miles down the road in Senai, has every essential you could need at very good prices.The shops and malls in Johore Bahru, about ten miles, have every luxury item you could desire, if you are so inclined.'Grab' cars (like Uber) are very cheap - £1.20 from the hotel into Senai town.(But be aware that the red/black taxis are about three times the price.)

No information or 'welcome pack' in the room, so you had to ask reception about everything.All payment was cashless, except the shop in the foyer which was 'cash only', for some unknown reason.Bar prices for drinks seemed rather high, similar to London hotels, but that's common with many Muslim countries.A Smart Phone was essential to find taxis, etc., as with everything else in Malaysia, including getting into the country !(No guest WiFi or access to a computer anywhere in the hotel.)Seemingly random opening and closing times for the in-hotel restaurant and bar. (Both had signs saying 'closed every Monday' but they were open when we passed after eating out.)During the second week of our stay, Ramadan had started.During the four weeks of Ramadan, the only breakfasts available in the hotel were local dishes for Suhoore.Fortunately, the nearby Golfer Terrace was open as normal from 7:00 am, but only until 7:00 pm.The whole hotel was being spruced-up for Hari Raya Aidilfitri (Eid) but gives the impression of managed decline.

We liked the bottle of water in our room.

Everything !!! Swimming pool dirty. Sun bed broken Restaurant disgusting only served 10% of their menu.The breakfast was horrible and we needed to call the staff to fill the fruits which was the only thing tasty.Don't go there !! Waste of money.

Charming, rustic, well maintained classic resort. Serene, quiet, peaceful, beautiful surroundings/scenery. Perfect place to get away from hectic city life. The room itself was big, high ceiling, big bathroom. Overall get feeling like being in a high end resort in early 2000s. Nowadays modern hotels/resorts are not build like this. Nice pool, nice to walk around, quiet, relax and take in all the greenery, so much greenery. Overall the property is well maintained for its age. Will definitely visit again. In fact by the time I write this review I have already visited two more times. Worth checking it out at least once.

Nothing major, overall cleanliness can be improved. TV could be changed to smart TV to include apps such as Netflix, Prime, etc.

The environment is calm and tranquil.

The room floor is dirty, and the air conditioning is in poor condition. There is a leak, and the overall room condition does not match what we paid for.

A nice place in the middle of golf course

Breakfast was disorganized and food variety was limited. Hotel shop does not accept credit cards.

It’s big and spacious

It is not maintained and everything needs to be upgraded immediately. Food is average at best, staff is entry level. If you are there to play golf then I guess it’s convenient. Not for holiday makers.

Leaking sound inside room. Outside room got puddle of water on the floor..seems floor leakingand dirty.

The interior of the room is too old and worn out. The towels are bad and yellowish. There are a lot of ants in the room, also got cockroaches and lizards ???
