Bed too soft bad for spine❗Toilet washing basin water tap wrong direction. The toilet grass door have no privacy. ?Not many TV channels especially Astro ❗

Misleading & false advertising – Room without window & daylight

The room was without a window – No daylight! That was nowhere mentioned in the room description or during the booking process. I would never have booked a room without window – specially not for the quite expensive price!

The receptionist is friendly.

The room was super run down with a very strong mouldy smell. All the taps were rusty. The floor was super dirty. The bed was filled with quite a few dead flies.

Do not recommend, unless you are aiming for a budget hotel

Property looks okay from the picture but the room and parking was bad. The room looks old and the smell of the room was bad. The smell came from the toilet and the basin tab was rusty.Hotel room is not sound proof, literally can hear people talk and walking in and out during midnight.Security - location or the hotel itself might not be safe. Heard people quarrel / fight during the midnight.

The room is okay, cozy and great

Well, for a room that is not a very executive hotel RM200 is not worth the deposit. And also the TV is small, and we can hear our room next door talking even i think a few rooms too . The shower was abit dirty .

Cheap pricing for accommodation ONLY. That's the only thing that attracts me to book and try G5.

The room is in the basement and it is made up of partition wall panels (obviously it was renovated). Room was smelly and there's an automatic fragrance scent machine being installed in the room. At every 20-30mins, it will trigger. The aircon is also kind of on a timer. At random timings (let's say approx every 2hrs), there will be a beeping sound as though something being re-set. One of the toilet flush notch was not working. Room floor was dirty and you have to wear your shoe inside the room all the time if not your feet will be black in colour. Not worthy at all to stay in the basement of G5.

Room has Thin walls, door was faulty during stay, hotel does not provide extra towels.

Location!! Convenient for solo travel. Food place is just across the road. Massage Parlour also nearby.

Quite alot of things spoiled. Shower head spoiled, all water splash out without control. Bed spring spoiled, some metal sound if u try to move or turn on the bed.

Room very smelly, Aircon was too small and not cold. Paid Extra bed, very lousy.

Only the toilet smell bad..& there a ants at the pantry.pls do something about the toilet a bit dirty & the sink choke..

The air quality was terrible. People smoking inside the hotel and it propagated to the rooms close to mine. Terrible.

Staff were not friendly, could have explained more.Room was not pleasant. Room at basement and smelled awful. Toiletries for shampoo and body wash not provided. Cleanliness of room was not satisfactory.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!THERE’S A LIVE COCKROACH FOUND IN THE ROOM!No one did any service recovery, no apology from the staff!The phone was dirty!The balcony was dirty! Swimming pool was under renovation, but hotel didn’t even bother to update when we booked the hotel! TERRIBLE! This will be the first and the last time I stay here!!

Abit inconvenient that I have to keep tapping the different doors to gain entrances to the hotel lifts and hotel doors. (Need to tap on 3 doors before I can reach my hotel room) . Only 2 out of 3 lifts are working and waiting time for the lifts are long as lifts are not that big and residents are taking the same lifts. If the balcony can be cleaned before we enter. It’s so dirty that we doesn’t dare to step outside . One of the bedsheet have stain like slipper mark.

The bathroom pipes and shower head were bursting and leaking. The whole bathroom floor was wet when we use it to wash hands or shower
