Just a bit unclean but fair enough for money valueDisliked of no window because the room smelly a bit

Very cheap. Perfect location for those coming from SG looking for cheap place to stay. Just 5min walk from JB sentral. Shopping mall nearby & food stall everywhere.

Cleanliness is below average. Esp the toilet. Bad pillow. Room is not soundproof from outside, all the noise of people talking or walking by the corridor outside, you can all hear it from inside. Its really disturbing.

Good location.

While my sister was taking a shower, the water temperature suddenly became extremely hot, and she ended up scalding her shoulder. We asked for some ice to help soothe the pain and reported the water heater issue. However, the staff seemed to consider it a common problem and did nothing to resolve it.

the interior is very old like in 1960 with creepy hallway. smelly room. the towel is dirty. the bed filled with dust. i have been to a lot of budget hotel that are decent, this one isn't.

room & bed is private & comfortable enough.great location, many food shops downstair & around the area, just cross d road from city square, minutes walk from jb sentral & CiQ.overall value for money.

1. 50MYR security deposity upon check-in, eventhough u paid in full already. refundable upon check-out.2. aircon remote control battery doesnt last long.3. no remote control for the wall tv.4. wifi almost non-existent. bring ur own roaming sim.

Nothing. It was terrible!

The hotel room is horrible. The linens were in the hallway. When we entered the room, it was a disaster, there were used towels, all the trash from previous customers were there, the bed was wet, FOUL smell everywhere, it was a horrible experience!! We came down immediately to the front desk and asked for refund as we did not want to push through, but they refused as according to them, there was no refund, but it was not our fault that they were so unhygienic. We left the hotel immediately. The worst experience ever! The front desk were so impolite, they even raised voice to us when we tried to ask for refund. Online the price was around 27sgd, but they charged me 32.85 sgd. Not worthy of a single dollar. WORST EXPERIENCE ever! It is so frustrating.

The location is good .

The room is smelly . Cannot turn on the television . There's cigarettes under the bed . The room is not clean . when I arrive the hotel , the price changes .It should be 192 include taxes , but when I come for checkin . I have to pay 280 .

Nearby strategies to the mall and easy to get grab.

Got little dirt on the wall of the washroom.The bed mattress smells of non dry laundry.The room also has a bit of a smell.

Location at pasar karat smack at the middle of JB

A hassle if driving as the parking is far away and quite expensive.

The whole hotel,no proper maintained, AC didn't work very hot can't even sleep peaceful noisy,dirty room so many stain dirty toilet and shower TV not functioning,telecom not working.

The shower was ok, nothing special

Literally evething! There was a bad smell everywhere, in the lobby, in the corridors and also in the room. The room was very dirty, and we found many cockroaches going around, under the bed and in the drawer of the desk, we had to empty our backpacks because there were many inside.Please avoid this place, it's not even cheap and the quality of the services are terrible!!!-100000000000 stars
