breakfast selection was great! Wide range of delicious choices. On a very early morning departure they prepared the biggest tasty breakfast in take away boxes.

Excellent breakfast, loved the fresh thosai. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location is pretty good, 5mins walk to Mid Valley Shopping Mall (although u do have to cut thru the mall's carpark) - recommended for those who are okay to walk with their shopping haul. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus service that is once every hour but with very limited slots (better to just walk really).

Check in was pretty late, i waited till 7pm. Understand that it was the weekend and the school holidays, but i think this could definitely be improved. What was good is that they were able to inform me that the room was ready through whatsapp.

Size of the roomchanged my room type from twin bed to king bed. although during check in, I would like to stick to my twin bed, but was told they have no twin bed and insisted I take the king bed

The smell of the corridor leading to the room. A bit weird woody smell.

The breakfast spread was very good and offers a wide variety. Room was nice and comfy.

The only downside is the tidiness during peak hours as the buffet tables with the fresh food was messy due to some inconsiderate guests. More staff to pay attention to these details would be appreciated!

Cleanliness

Rooms not soundproof. Can hear door closing from other rooms and toilet ventilation was bad. There was this stench that lurked throughout my stay. Thankfully it was only 1 night

Location very near SouthKey, breakfast was ok (only live station with thosai was very good), space was very good, doorman very friendly.

Maintenance of the property was poor - the drain in my room's sink was clogged and water would take a long time to clear.There was no soap when we entered the room and I had to request for one in the middle of a shower. Service was poor - staff did not seem to know what they were doing - a server knocked late at night to serve chili when we did not order any, room was not made up after a request, had to make repeated calls to ask for makeup removerswimming pool was not clean - visibility was 2m underwater (the swimming pool is 25 m long)

Love the widespread of breakfast menu, the cozy bed, the secured sheltered private parking for car, the warm and friendly service, the beautiful ambience in the hotel, the facilities, the toiletries and room necessities provided.

Only have one rain shower head on ceiling, your whole body will be wet if you just want to wash your feet, should include another handheld shower head. The bidet spray beside the toilet bowl also need to change to the manual press bidet spray head, it's difficult to keep on off the main tap to spray at different angles. Can include some white light in vanity area to make it easier to see for those who wants to apply make-up.

THE SHOWER HEAD AT THE BATHROOM... IS NOT GOOD. OPEN THE TAP AT THE WALL, THE SHOWER HEAD IS ON TOP OF OUR HEAD, THE WATER DROPPED TO OUR HEAD AND CLOSTHES DIRECTLY. CANNOT BATH OUR CHILDREN.

Their flexibility to accommodate your special requests; i.e. connecting rooms, late check out by 1hr.

Only 1 drain, that's in the shower area, but when excess water from bidet or overflow from basin, and even when kids are back from swimming, toilet floor is really wet and not efficient to drain away.

The breakfast buffet was worth it, the room is clean, the toilet is a bit small but ok for two person.

Good location, very near to Mid-Valley Shopping Centre

Slow in check-in, original room was not ready, lobby very crowded with other guests, no one were around to assist us, lots of confusion and disgruntled guests waiting to be checked-in

Toilet and bathroom! I live in Japan and the standard of the hotel is much better even in an ordinary business hotel!

I like the bed, comfortable sleep and it never hurts my back.

Shuttle bus service starts at 12pm only. Recommend it to start earlier.

Upon check-in, after carrying our luggage and accompanying my 3-year-old daughter to the room, the key card did not work. I had to return to reception, where a concierge staff member escorted us and opened the door, promising to deliver a new key card. Despite this assurance, no replacement arrived for over an hour. Eventually, I had to personally return to the reception to collect a new card myself.However, the issue persisted. After swimming with my husband and daughter, we came back to the room—only to find the card again not working. Soaking wet, we had no choice but to return to the reception once more. A staff member escorted us upstairs and later returned with maintenance, who spent around 20 minutes fixing the lock and assured us the problem was resolved.But later, before going out for dinner, I prudently checked again, and upon our return, the card once more failed to work. This meant yet another trip to reception—by this point, the fourth time we had to walk back and forth due to your hotel’s failures. Shockingly, we were then kept waiting in the lobby for about 40 minutes, during which your staff debated whether to change our room, only to suddenly claim the key now worked again. When we went back upstairs with the staff, instead of apologizing, I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong, as your staff insisted the card was fine. This was both insulting and unacceptable.Overall, I had to return to the reception four separate times, carrying luggage, with a young child, and even while drenched from the pool—all because of repeated negligence and unprofessional handling by your team. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic hospitality is astonishing. Instead of providing solutions, your staff wasted our time, caused unnecessary stress, and made us feel humiliated as guests.Frankly, this is one of the worst hotel service experiences I have ever encountered, and I will not be returning.

The spread of the breakfast was really good! I enjoyed my breakfast in the hotel as the # of variations was really good and tasty as well.

I was hoping that the guest should be able to use the swimming pool for longer period and not start and stop at 7am-7pm as it is very restricting. The gym was okay but there is a drop along the alleyway to reach the gym and swimming pool, please level the floor as it is a safety concern in my opinion. I nearly twisted my ankle twice.

Good breakfast spread, value for money, clean room, location is quite near to mid-valley mall. Walking distance to a nice & cosy wine bar (Maison).

It's can get pretty quiet at night (the surrounding area).

Excellent service all round. Housekeeping staff was helpful and prompt with requests. We used the free shuttle and concierge staff who drove us around were all friendly and warm. The early checkin and birthday cake was a nice surprise from the team! Big kudos to reception staff who helped us book a ride when I shared about the crazy fare surge on Grab - really sorry to miss out her name. And compliments to Arthur at the restaurant who was greatly attentive and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and look forward to another stay soon.

The shower head is fixed to the ceiling and does not come with a shower hose. Some signs of wear and tear in the room and around the hotel. Could do with a bit of sprucing. But for the value, I have no complaints so this is simply feedback for them to maintain this promising hotel.
