It was at a good location. Near the place of work while I was there. There was a laundromat nearby. That's a plus point.

the walls were too THIN!!! I could hear the people next door snoring throughout the night. Yes the rate was low but there should be some semblance of privacy given to guests. I had to change rooms twice due to poor ventilation. As soon as i entered the room the body odor of the previous guest was still there. Nearly choked to death. It was the same with my colleague. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate.

Overall, nice location. Near Uitm Pasir Gudang. Booked room with one queen and single bed but the staff upgrade to two queen beds which are nice.

The first room we got was totally messed up where the bed sheet was still not changed and cans of beer were still in the trash bin. Complain to the staff and get into the 2nd room where the key card cannot be used. Then complain again until getting into 3rd room where everything works perfectly. Other than that, the hotel just working fine. Don't expect much because it used to be OYO.

Not many eating places nearby. Did not check the price when I check out. Somehow missed out the discount.

i like the hospitality of the staff. the room is also somewhat comfortable

The room is pretty small. some of the things provided like towels and mugs are not according to the number of pax in the room. Regarding the wall, perhaps the management could repaint the wall, as the water patches is quite an eyesore.

dirty pillows, rooms had a smell when you walk in, bathroom sink was black with mould, found a centipede crawling from under the bed

There was other customer's tapau (basi) in the drawer not being clean in our room. Smelly . The floor has no carpet /tiles. The flooring is all cement.

My whole family got covid after staying here accept for my son cuz he not sleeping at this hotel.

Affordable rate. Cosy bed. Good aircond.

request to change bed sheet(spotted dust, stain) staff respond no stock, its already changed. aircon was warm, ac seem never service for long time. should encourage staff to be more friendly and cleanlinesses.

terrible smoke smell, no carpet in room, very uncomfortable. bedsheet smelly.

Easy check in, easy check out. Need deposit to check in. 24hours receptionist. Dont hustle. Got lift, got mini bar. The scenery wag good. Easy to park the car. And a lot of restaurant and shop around. Easy to find local shop and best restaurants.

The staff on check out. No smile no greeting. I dont know what happen, maybe last night dont get reward from her husband maybe. And i got rooms whre is got double door, which is got door to other section. Even its lock, its suspicious at night.

Dont book Deluxe room. Yes it is without window but it actaully connecting room with stair inside, u can heard people snoring or talking next to your room and the bathroom cleaning is not good.

Bathroom cleaning and tiles should be improve Sound insulation shall upgrade

Towels were not changed on the second day which was kind of unexpected

I just needed a place to stay, it was comfy. Toiletries, mineral drink, and wifi were appreciated.
