Creator Hotel

Spacious room, clean bathroom, nice pillows

The service is very friendly. Unfortunately the room refrigerator comes out with bad smell and the manager immediately change the room to a larger room with better place after we report the problem. We very appreciate for the service. Thank you very much!

The bed sheets was yellow and dust and the hall walkway look like horror movie, quiet and not have much lighting ?

Love the clean decorated lobby! I love the theme, very welcome n very pleasing. The staff are friendly and very attentive! The hotel is situated right at the shopping mall. Nothing much Abt the mall but the Cowboy Supermarket is superb! All u can ask for is there!

There is nothing to complain about.

Statues and Sculptures at Lobby Room Entrance

Dirty carpark floor and odour smell (open nearby refuse bins)

the water pressure is very good and i like it when having shower.....because i tried many hotels before and this is the best ever I met which such good pressure.

no breakfast or no cafe.....maybe can think about to have a simple breakfast service...:-)

The hair dryer is powerful and the hot water machine is very convenient for taking a shower.

Room door when guests closing make very loud noise.

Interior is so nice, really not expect, and i like the lobby with curtains it's make privacy and i feel so different,u will not see outside from lobby, and same as outside cannot saw u from lobby.5? for the idea and design.

Room is big. Very clean.

No food courts nearby.

Good location, clean room.

No shower curtain, water splashed all over the bathroom causing hazard (slippery floor).

Size of room, pressure of shower

Room facing main road and there is a night spot opposite that plays music loudly till wee hours

Bad

I'm disappointed with the hotel room I booked, the aircon is not as strong as a budget hotel, then the toilet in the toilet has a yellow stain, the mattress is all dusty ?? the floor is dusty... so please double check before the customer book the room before entering

Overall is clean and tidy, however will be good if the facility maintenance can be more frequent as noticed the air conditioner was not very effective.

Clean toilets. Bright room with clean bedsheets.

Weird taste from the dispensable water.

Clean and comfy

A bit warm along the corridors. Not much aircon

Staffs were friendly and service was good at least they tried their best.

Room TV no signal, not sound proof and, the room has many long hairs and dirts on floor. Halfway thru shower no hot water. There was even a drunk man (think a guest) ranting and ended up sleeping at hotel rooms’ lobby which makes us question on security.

It was clean and accessible.

The shower door was stuck and difficult to close.
