The room’s simple yet efficient design—highlighted by a family area with a bunk bed in an extra section—adds great functionality. Still, availability can be an issue during peak seasons due to the limited number of units.

My family once experienced a stained pillow cover, but that was the only time we encountered such an issue.

+ Basement parking; plenty of parking; big parking spaces (some)+ Guard/ staff often near door to basement lift; feels safer with their presence+ Filtered water station to refill your water bottle+ Cozy and bright room+ Comfortable enough bed and pillows; no complaints

- Nothing much within a 5km distance. Just a gym and a badminton complex.If you drive, the location is not an issue. Plenty of good food and shopping near Bukit Indah/ Eco Botanic.There are a lot of foreign workers, but generally they are just people living their lives, working, resting.- Tiny insects (~1mm in length) in the trash bin.- Bolster cover had some yellow stains.

Staff, room and plenty of parking

Nothing much around the hotel area and very quiet. No restaurant and a lot of foreign workers around the hotel area. Dont feel safe

The water pressure was great and the room very clean. Their staff also very friendly. The food served for breakfast have a lot of varieties and tasty too no rush and less crowded maybe not much guests during our stay. The area we dine-in look so comfortable and relaxing.

The place was so quiet at night

Clean ,decent . The restaurant buffet was really affordable. Easy parking. With a shop to buy your necessity nearby

Thank you for warm welcome. My kids really love the room and very clean. The room a bit late to be ready but seeing my kids are happy with the room, it didnt brother me later. The manager at the restaurant is really welcoming, he greet me everytime even at the lobby.

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations with their variety. The freshly baked pastries were very crispy and delicious.We were also very amazed by the hotel providing bolsters and we loved the bolsters. The staff were very friendly especially the service staff at the morning breakfast who were very attentive and efficient in their service.

The bed was a bit noisy.

The hotel was located in an industrial area with no nearby eateries and isolated at night.

I am proud of Ibis for showing its interest to save the environment. Providing water cooler instead of water bottles. Not putting toothpaste in a tube and lots more.Well done!

Cold food at breakfast and I am able to hear my next door room clearly.

My kids love the bunker bed. The room is compact but well designed.

The toilet door open towards outwards and will block the shower area and the person out.

The rooms are very clean and neat. The pastry is tasty!

Breakfast is mediocre—lack of veggies and meat. The place of the hotel is ghetto. A lot of strange people are loitering around. Don't disturb but...

Hotel's is simple yet chic interior. staff are friendly and welcoming. the room & bathroom are very clean. I hope they'll maintain it for a long time as im definitely coming back as a resting place after a long drive from Kluang ? b4 heading back to SG. Would like to thank Ms. Jessy, who helped us with room change as the room i booked was under maintenance.

breakfast spread was ok but very disappointed as there dont even have a 3in1 milo packet for kids. they served pineapple and honeydew juice, which kids don't drink. Luckily, after speaking to the restaurant in charge, they offer my kids orange juice

Super Comfy and clean beds. Very attentive staff, greeted us all the time.They have a kids nook at the lobby. Beautifully decorated lobby and welcome drinks provided. Easy check in n check out which we loved since all payments HD been done earlier. Christmas decorations was great. Shower/toilet great.Will come again definitely.

No toothbrush /toothpaste provided. No spoons to stir coffee, only provided those wooden ones. Hotel location was a lil bit too quiet at night. If you were hungry in the middle of the night hmmm. Let's just hope the area around the hotel gets an upgrade.

Nice clean modern hotel, easy access.

No drinking water, only from fountain in hallway, no proper coffee to be found in the morning, a bit far from anywhere interesting..

The pillows were so soft and the location was not that conducive. The coffee was diluted.
