The location was good as its very near to the citq square and komtar. Lots of eating place and it's very convenient. The workers are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall we love holiday inn!

Only the transfer of lift going to our room... But it was OK actually..

Love the convenience of the hotel next to JB Sentral and the mall all within walking distance. The staff are exceptional from check in, lobby, restaurant and house keeping. The room is really nice and comfortable. Love the amenities in the room especially the lotion and conditioner from SOAK.

We went to the pool area but unfortunately the steam bath was not working. The jacuzzi was also cold so we decided to skip the experience altogether since the pool was crowded at that time.

The location is perfect to tourist attractions. Walking distance to many attractions

Location is a walking distant from the train and bus stations and beside shopping mall.

Level 1 access steps from hotel to mall did not have ramp. Not wheel chair friendly.

The location was good. Staff was warm and nice. Rooms were clean. The process of checking in and out was no fuss at all.

Nothing in particular just that when I put on a request to allow for late checkout, the first thing I met was a message from the property to tell me to pay extra. In my mind I was not asking for an exceptional extended checkout time. Instead of scaring people off with extra charges, property could have asked how much more time I needed that's all. Maybe the response from the property could be softer. Pillows could be a bit firmer.

Location with connection next to JB Sentral.Spacious and clean room.Staff were helpful.

Access to JB Sentral when the mall is close means crossing a nonpedestrian, no-streetlight street.

Breakfast was amazing , beds were comfortable

hard to find, staff seemed bored and some very unhelpful , room smelt very damp although retified with a spray. Charged for breakfast even though included ( retified but no apology)

Clean, spacious, and well-lit room. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary hi-tea coupon upon arrival, a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated after a long drive and skipping lunch.

The bed was too hard and the linen felt rough, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep.

While Room 2601 was impeccably clean, I had significant difficulty sleeping. The room's location immediately next to the lift shaft meant the noise of the lift operation was clearly audible all night.

Room is cold and bed is comfortable.

The fragrance for the handwash and shower gel smells very good. Sadly, The bottle containing the shower gel in the shower room was not refilled and and what's left was diluted.

The room, lighting, bed, mattress, pillow was soft and comfy. I slept well..Aircon was great in working condition. The toilet space..nice smell of body shower gel and others prepared for us.

The tv sound did not project the sound too well. Trying to connect Bluetooth to radio but it didn't work. Sound was bad. Difficulty to connect to wifi using the password given. Trying to call front desk but in vain.
