Hotel location is good. So convenient to a shopping mall. Everything is under one roof And I like the hotel great effort & commitments to a cleaner environmental place.No plastic drinking water bottles for the rooms, instead using glass decanter to refill water at the dispenser near the corridor.

we love the cleanliness of the hotel, this is our to go hotel in jb.

just one thing - one of the toothbrush set was opened and was still inside the little drawer.

Best location with mall easily accessible from hotel. Did not need to travel elsewhere. Saved us a lot of time and hassle. We could find everything we needed at the mall. The rooms were clean, spacious and relaxing, exceeded our expectation.Generally we were very happy with the stay, will consider this hotel again for sure for our next trip to JB.

Bathroom amenities. Hair conditioner and tissue paper box were not provided in the bathroom perhaps due to environmental sustainability concerns.

This property impresses with its prime location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The customer service was excellent from the moment.

Breakfast can be improved.

Overall facility and security is good. Good spread of breakfast. Helpful staff at ground level. Helped with transfer from Wheelchair to the Car.

Wheelchair accessable but not exactly friendly. Toilet is restricted in movement for disable guest, especially entry for shower.

Breakfast was really ok. But some of the food at the breakfast buffet was just lukewarm, some are cold. Some of the food booths didnt indicate what they are serving even when you are standing upclose, you still dont have a clue of what's that.

The bed was too soft for my expectations. The toilet door was inconviently placed at awkward position where you had to step in and aside in order to close the door. And when the door is opened, you cant use the wash basin.Soap scum was visible at the bath gel dispenser.Dust particles can be on the upper portion of bedpan.

Very conveniently located to the mall and carpark

The pillows were too soft, stains on bedsheets and there were strands of hairs on the walls.

Breakfast is decent

Check in experience is ridiculous. We had to queue to registered. Then we were told to queue another line just to take the room key.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

However, I feel that room maintenance and food prepare for breakfast and response time could be improved. I appreciate the effort of the team and hope these suggestions help enhance future guests’ experiences.

Location is the best since the mall is connected to the hotel.The bed is comfortable.WIFI is stable.

Price is quite high.Cleanliness can be improved, especially on the carpets & sofa area.

My girl dropped her toy on the floor, she picked it up and saw a blue pacifier under the bed. Carpet felt dusty. breakfast wasn't as sumptuous.

they should have their own parking. it hard because the parking is share with the mall.

Room cleanliness and nice smelling atmosphere as we entered the premise.

Gym and swimming pool can be improved with better equipment and top covered to prevent the water becoming cold or rain once in the pool. For the extra bed, we were given 1 pillow and would be good to be provided with standard 2 pillow. Aircon is too cold at night when slept.

Good location, linked to shopping mall with many food choices. Breakfast spread was alright but the queue can be long during peak time.

Service staff could have been more responsive. Water in the bathroom was not able to flow freely down the drain and it took several reminders before it was fixed.

Proximity to MidValley Southkey shopping mall. Room is relatively clean and has good soundproofing. Staff are friendly too. Check-in process is smooth at off-peak timing.

Price not exactly competitive, but expected for the location and convenience. Breakfast area was too crowded, had to wake up earlier to avoid the peak hour breakfast timing.

It was ok. Satisfying but not exceptional (talk about matching expectation to price paid, though recognizing that the price paid is probably peak period rate).

Egg line was too long and slow.2nd day something we took gave both of us the runs.There was no roti canai.

i like the staff, room, location & gym.

Breakfasts are disappointing, very crowded, long queue... peanuts & ikan billis for the Nasi Lemak have burnt smell. condiments for the porridge are so limited. towels in room are very worn out.. very stressful for an old man. i'll stay there for the room & location again when the prices are lower next time.
