I liked the location & the Deluxe King Suite room I booked was a good size.

When I checked-in there was a sign that said there will be renovation/construction noise during my stay between 1200-1700 (12pm-5pm). This was Friday afternoon (23rd) & I only planned to stay a night so the noise issue wasn't a concern as I would be out most of the afternoon & will likely check-out before 1200 (12pm).The next morning the noise issue started at about 0930 (9:30am) when we were still sleeping ! There was occasionally very loud drilling happening which woke everyone up. It was impossible to sleep once the noise started, I gave my feedback to the front desk during check-out & was only offered a "sorry" !!!

The hotel looks new and well furbished. It is right opposite Komtar, a major mall in the city. The room is nicely decorated, and all items function fine.

Breakfast was simple not many choices. Location was great near the train station and plenty of malls. Next year once RTS is ready to Singapore it will be a popular location.

The location is very good, opposite the shopping mall, food everywhere.

It would be nice if there were a mini fridge in the room.

Its smack in the middle of town. Where shopping and food can be easily access. On top of that the the hotel is clean and simple.

Something to improve - The room is smelly,as if the floor and bed are not well cleaned...smells like people's sweat.Please pay attention to the cleanliness to maintain your reputation.

Good location. 5-10mins walk to CIQ immigration complex to Singapore as well as JB Sentral train station. and also walking distance to 2 shopping mall and the nearby JB old town. Also a good location to get a Grab to anywhere as its location is centric and clear. Rooms are cleaned and well kept.

Room maybe feel cramp especially for big sized person.

Very convenient location, walkable from the checkpoint. Bed and pillows were okay sleeping.

There was no fridge in the hotel, the convenience store in the lobby also does not provide bags.

Near to JB Custom and malls. Clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast buffet is good. Overall value for money.

Good location, surround with restaurants and malls. Free parking provided, staffs are friendly.

They oversold their breakfast, and it was a mess. People were cutting the queue, which was unfair to those of us waiting in line. The rooms were okay, but the soundproofing was poor.

Some may feel that the room is a little small, but I found it acceptable!

Its just near to the mall and check point.

Unfortunately, the room which i booked do not have minibar. So i bought quite alot of drinks and it cannot keep cool as no minibar. The price for that room is quiet expensive even without any minibar in that room. Quite abit disappointed.
