So far room clean & comfortable. Affordable
Room was spacious.
Dirty. Bed had blood stains. Balcony not very clean. Bathroom had mouldy smell. For the hot shower temperature was not adjustable. For me the water was too hot! And there was no kettle in the room to boil water. Only provided flask and had to go down to level 1 just to get hot water. Very inconvenient for parents with babies.

Receptionist wasn't smiling at all when i checked in. If u can't smile, u shouldn't be sitting as the front doer, man!
I like the nearby restaurants and a lot of shop,you can find anything you want and there alot of food
First the hotel air-conditioning is loud it like the plane going to the way up already talk to the staff but nothing to do, second is the bathroom sink is to high for me and my children, disappointed !For family was looking cleaness aroud the area outside hotel,then will actually will disappointed to you because alot of rubbish and mouse along the road....
Had sufficiently big rooms for families, near eateries and Aeon.
The rooms near airing. I had booked 3 rooms for the family and all 3 rooms smelled bad. The air was stale and musty. The pillows were old and had bad smell although the pillow cases are clean.
Nothing special to give us comment
1.Door access card always problem need to go reception ask to reset the access card get in the room. 2.Never let us know about current will be cutting from 10am till 7pm when we checking.3.No any apologize to us tat they have do any mistake.4.Shower Water heater facilities really poor , they fix the shower head too high and hard to adjust.5.We staying at the last floors but when u need a hot water u must going till ground floor to get it , the refill hot water machine at least must have 2 in hotel , one in upstairs and one in downstairs.
