Clean and neat

Customer need to bring shampoo as hotel provided unknown shampoo (didnt mention for hair or body use)

5mins drive to EDL and Midvalley Southkey, a lot of eatery and convenience stores surrounding the hotel. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and the shower is strong enough. Overall is good, worth the value.

Already a regular customer here, always my first choice to stay when i come to JB. Great location, many restaurants are within the walking distance. The dim sum beside the hotel also recommended.

Small room same like other budget hotel but more expensive. Hard mattress, not comfortable. Very cold flooring as there is no carpet and no room slippers provided.

Not continuous hot water for Queen room..... hot water will auto switch off after a while and only switch back on again after few minutes...

Unfortunately was the day of our trip facing the main pipe broken for few areas at JB and affected the hotel that we stay and no water incoming

It was clean, especially the toilet of the room that we got. Looks newly refurbished and no weird smells in the room. For stayovers of this price, its really a good experience.

it wasnt really their fault but there wasnt wifi cos the main service provider crashed and they could not fix it cos it was a public holiday weekend.

We booked last minute at close to midnight but the 24/7 concierge allowed me to check in even though it was so late and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. It was very affordable and the location was great with good food all around. Recommended!

Wifi was rather weak - for basic messaging it's fine but unable to stream videos.

Location is ok, room is clean.

Electricity power supply failures on 12am, unable to resume it and we had hard time waiting in the dark room without able to bath or charge our phones. The staffs are trying to fix the issue but there is no back up solution or any compensation offer to us. We ended requested for full refund and check out on 3am in the morning.

Hotel a little run down, convenient if you drives otherwise not advisable to stay

Location was good, a lot of shops/food around the area. The hotel staff was also able to help us with paying for street parking (starting at 8am) which was really helpful. Overall, we were happy to have found this hotel at the very last minute (there were issues with our initial reservation of a diff place) on a weekend.

For one the our rooms (family room), there was a pretty strong smell of the room being untouched for awhile, we needed strong AC to "clear the smell". We checked in pretty late at night, and somehow the credit card machine didn't work - so we had to pay with some cash and the balance with credit card the next day.

Location was convenient as it was close to many of the local eateries in the region. The staff at the reception was helpful and friendly.

location was good for where we wanted to go to. staff was friendly, and there were ample parking spaces right outside and inside the hotel premises. Hotel also had a nice dim sum spot. Hotel was really clean and great value for money.
