A tiring night

Toilet amenities not provided, only have handwash. No water heater, no shower head. Towels, beds and sofa are grey in color and have stains. Noisy due to vehicles on the road all night long.

the facilities was very bad, TV is very old and the screen were small and its not clear to watch. aircond also got leaking and cannot change the temperature. room also small.

i didi ask the front desk abt the tv no signal.then they say they call teknizen .but the staff never give change room ..they iqnore like nothing happen..they also never come check the tv..if know the tv problem dont give to customer if like this...really pissed off?

Booked a 3 single beds room but get 2 single beds room, when check in (late at night) asked the staff why I only get 2 single beds while I booked for 3 single beds? He only answered that this hotel do not have 3 single beds room with a rude tone, he said website only for reference only, very upset with his service but it is late and we are tired so no choice just checked in, the next day when checking out is another staff on duty, so I ask the same question, but she said we checked in late so 3 single beds room all full already, mean this hotel have 3 single beds room but we never get because full already? Both staff giving difference answer, wouldn't come back again because of the service and room not up to standard.

Terrible

The booking got canceled when we show up at the premise. The receptionist said the booking canceled and asked us to buy a new room. Now, money was deducted from my credit card for no-show for the initial room. This is totally unfair. If the money is not refunded to me. I might sue you guys. Thank you.

the location quite ok for me. easy to go to the city center. easy for parking.

the window dirty. there is lizard excrement on the window & the curtain seems to be torn off. the aircond not function well remote cannot use one. toilet window can see next building window. not secure. toilet dirty. the toilet is dirty.. there are traces of urine in the toilet. toilet floor walls are dirty. the floor of the room is sticky..

Terrible experience not once but twice. Book hotel after reach hotel say room not available. Second day which is today, book early moning. Reach hotel just now n hotel reception said Oyo cancel my booking. Call Oyo no proper reply and ask me wait at road side for other hotel. Such a irresponsible staff n bad service Oyo. Bloody hell waste my time all the from KL.. stupid n idiotic people in hotel and also Oyo customer service
