When we entered our room, the carpet smelled. The AC is not cold enough even though we have set to 16deg.

The aircon was dusty on the top and I had to clean the filter. Back of the TV was dusty.

Comfortable room even though the hotel is a bit old. Big space in the room. Breakfast could be more varied but since it is not a weekend or holiday season, it is understandable.

Parking could be an issue when in season.

The room should be upgraded include the toilet,the tv reception,the room shld be painted to look more lively and more vibrant.the hotel need to be upgrade or do some renovation to make the star level going up to match with 4 or 5 star hotel.

The staff is polite and the parking is provided. The bathroom is clean. The room is in good condition. The TV , AC and heater can be used is fair enough ✨✨

The iron smells like burning and have to change Water pressure bit slow, especially hand bidet The freezer not functioning

Location n ample parking lots

The room came with a broken shower.I can tell they tried fixing it by putting ducktape. But still the showerhead not grip to the handle. one hand to hold the shower head during shower.

Location near with town

Need to update facility interior such as minimalists furniture and add more electrical socket. Only 1 functional, a bit difficult to rearrange when use laptop and the same time charging hand phone or else.

No lift to go to the top floor. Good luck if you gave a luggage, with bad ankle and have to climb three stairs. The room is rundown. Not worth the money.

They hv to refurbish very old looking rooms and not that clean. Only the sheets are clean. The toilet is a sorrowful sight..shower slow n trickling flow. Room doors with a bad trace it has been forced broken propbably faulty before.

SHOULD RENOVATE THE ROOM TO A BETTER ACCOMODATION. NOT UP TO DATE. AIRCOND OLD SCHOOL AND ALSO THE LAMP.

service staff is good and friendly

room is to small for family of 3 , one of the plug point is out of order , so unable to charge handphone due to only have 1 plug point left ,low water pressure in the bathroom

Location quiet nice, reachable, staff response good, food is fair, cleanliness fair. Fair service for the value.

Booked for 2 adult + 1 child.. provided only 2 single bed. Very tight..spotted few cockroches, feel itchy when using mattress. Complementary breakfast provided only for 2 guest. Refresher to add to improve the smell.

The front desk staff was very accommodative when i chose to extend my stay for 1 more night at 7a.m the next morning.
