For readers, please do allow me to share a little on this property. It's a sort of staycation facilities (eg. A home, converted to a short timeaccomodation, and its not really a hotel. It's a home stay)The property is a condominium or a service apartments with facilities of gym, swimming pools. For families - if you wanted to have dining in your room, - there is an electric stove with some kitchen utensils which you may use. To buy heat-up meals, you can purchase at the shops below the apartmet. If you want to try local 'mamak' or arabic cuisine - there is also avaliable at the lobby from the property.Moving around - definately you'll need a transport. You'll also need where to head, else you'll stranded as public transport like bus is not avail.

Had a pleasant stay with my family. The house is clean and the bed is comfortable. The place is nearby restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely come back for another visit.

One of the best place to stay. Really worth it. Auntie Siew really helpful. I will choose this place as my selection whenever I return back to go Legoland again.Big room. I stayed 6 person with kids age 10, 7, 6, 1.

clean room nice view but the pool has some areas that are not fully maintained .like the slide at child pool some are almost damage.

Facilities were very good! Comfortable bed, clean room, great furnitures. Location was near food area. Great for family stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Room also have a washing machine/dryer

It would be good if we have 2 cards for the room instead of only 1. Could improve on the Aircon. Takes a while to get the whole apartment to cool down.

conveniently located at puteri habour with direct car park access. nice view from the balcony. good size apartment for family of 4.

The check-in process instructions were not clear and was a little confused. But that was the only difficult portion.

Location was our go-to usually so no comments on that

Toilet has a leaking wall behind the aircon. It was right at the toilet door so entrance to the toilet was wet

The comfort of the room. The cleanliness. Fresh smell. Clean bed & linen. Suitable for family like mine. My toddler slept well because its quiet and cozy.

Nothing that I didn’t like. All good. Will definitely come back for more staycation.

Very clean, easy check in, polite security guards, bathtub and good proximity to the Puteri Harbour bars and restaurants. However wifi had constant issues, could not connect. Took a 6 seater Grab from KSL for rm110 (5pax). Be prepared to pay for your Grab fares if u plan to head to the malls for massages/shopping. Not a place for families n kids . Good place for couple who wanna just chill n relax without shopping.
